This was my first time and will will definitely come back. I was a little worried as when I came out of the wash all the drying bays were filled (actually think they could use a few more) however when I circled back around someone was backing out. The vacuums were amazing!!!! That is my number one reason for 5 stars. To me if the vacuums are sub par there is no reason to bother. The manager was out cleaning the area and checking on customers so that was really nice. Wish they had places to hang your mats to vacuum them.... But that's just a suggestion. read more

Was in need of car wash - like severely! I have a membership with Quick Quack and you'd think I come weekly and I don't - SMH The car wash was a little more crowded than usual. When I come around this time there isn't a lot of vehicles but today people had to wait for the vacuums. In all honesty, the staff needed to do a better job today. They were refilling the stations and multiple stations didn't have drying towels or ran out while customers were using the stalls. That's not ok when there's multiples like that. Outside of that, it's a great deal to get the membership, especially when you add vehicles at a significant cost discount. read more

I came here a couple of times but recently I went and the wash scratched my car really badly. I reported it to the manager Tom and I didn't feel like he listened to anything I said. After the wash, I noticed multiple scratches and even small dents that were NOT there before. These aren't light marks and some go all the way through the paint. This clearly came from the car wash machine brushes. I take care of my car and know its condition, and this damage was not pre-existing. Don't bother coming to this car wash. I was told by an employee that due to under new management, they will not wash any vehicle with a roof rack. Bear in mind I'm only driving a Corolla. Hello! I recently purchased a membership as of today, August 17th, 2025 to use it at the Fontana CA location, 17030 S Highland Ave, Fontana, CA 92336. I passed through the wash twice since my car was very dirty and I wanted to ensure it got all the grime off. When I proceeded to go to the drying/vacuum bay, I noticed my front license plate and frame were broken. Prior to arriving to the wash, it was intact and not broken. This confirmed to me that something during the wash snapped and bent my front license plate. I also saw a few other vehicles with the exact same result right after leaving the bay. I understand that by using the facilities, the location does not hold liability for any issues such as these. However, I feel as though I will not be returning due to the fear of this happening again. I had never been to a quick quack before and was recommended by a friend due to superior service. Although my car did in fact get washed, I'm disappointed with the small damage to my vehicle. I will be cancelling my membership but felt that a cancellation fee should be waived for this reason. I am hoping someone can reach out to me and I would greatly appreciate it! ****RESPONSE BELOW TO THE BUSINESS OWNER***** The lack of accountability from Quick Quack is the main reason why I refuse to go back to this establishment. If you look closely at the photo, my license plate was in fact secured and it broke off my studded frame and bent my plate because of it. Hence why I uploaded the photo. Before my arrival to the washing bay, the plate and frame were secured and well intact. I also sustained a deep scratch (possibly from the frame/plate becoming detached in the process of the wash). Please stop blaming customer for your negligence and faulty machines. There's no reason a machine should do this. I've been to several other car washes and have NEVER had this happen. I found my credit card got charged for $43 when my husband asked me if I want to have my car cleaned for $5. I didn't know it was a membership thing that I have to canceled nor the girl that assigned my car didn't say or explained it to me. This is a scam be careful when they asked your credit card info on it. Will also report it to bbb and I called the support and they said they can't refund me the amount. Really nice car wash. The chain is one of the largest on the West Coast with over 150 locations throughout California, Utah, Arizona, Colorado and Texas. The company is private, and they are expanding at a rapid rate. Heres some great benefits: 1. If you have a monthly wash plan, you can use it at all of the companies 150 plus locations. 2. The value here is excellent. 3. The employees here are outgoing, friendly and always ready to help. 4. The washes are kept very clean and everything is always in working order. The only issue i noticed in Fontana, California was that the trash cans needed to be emptied. All in all, a great experience at every location i have visited. read more

Great Customer Service! Friendly, courteous and efficient. Facilities and equipment (vacuums, air hoses etc) kept in working and clean condition! Just as important, the car is washed completely and well dryed. The tire shine works as it's supposed to, not like other places, that's hit and miss, or not working at all. I have two vehicles, a car and a full size truck and had no issues on either. Great monthly subscription plans. I have subscribed to them for unlimited washes each month. i won't list the cost, in case they change. i've used at least 3 other car wash services like this and overall, this is the by far, the best one. Even though there's one, literally, down the street from me, I drive to this one, even if it's 7 mins, 2.6 miles away from my house. Customer service for this company is atrocious! Their rep, Drew, was rude and worthless and did nothing to assist me and when I asked to speak to a supervisor, he simply said one was not available. When I called back and spoke to Parker, he at least solved my problem and was courteous, but he said a supervisor would not get back to me for THREE DAYS! It's obvious to me that QQ has a corporate policy of doing everything they can to prevent customers from speaking to a boss. If you are not yet a QQ customer, keep it that way and patronize a competitor. I will switch to a competitor when this month's program is up. Good job QQ!
