We've been using JetSpeed Car Wash ever since they opened and have always had a great experience. The employees are always friendly, the wash tunnel does a great job, and the shaded vacuum/detailing area is a huge plus, especially during the summer. One thing we really like is that if it's not super crowded, you can take a little extra time detailing your car without feeling rushed or hassled. One of the workers, I believe her name is Jasmine, is always checking on customers in the vacuum bays and making sure everyone is good, which is appreciated. Overall, really nice job by JetSpeed. I requested a touchless car wash. The young lady assured me all their washes were touchless. I paid for their most expensive service, and it in fact was not a touchless service. My car received several scratches from brushes. The acid they use to break down grime wasn't even rinsed properly. The acid dried and baked onto the hood. I never go to automatic car washes for this reason. I trusted Jet Speed Express and they let me down. I called them to request a remedy, but they sent me to voicemail and never called me back. I would have complained in person, but due to my knee injury, I just couldn't. This business is falsely advertising a touchless wash online and to your face. Save yourself the heartbreak, confusion, and the anger, and do not come here. I am not rich, and I work very hard to keep my car in good condition with what I have. To not even receive an apology or a refund was extremely disappointing. I was quoted $800 just for the hood and two doors. Buyers beware. read more

Oh my goodness, JET SPEED EXPRESS saved my day! My car was lucky enough to be chosen by a swarm of birds. Needless to say my car was completely painted by said bird. This is a great location the machine tunnel has more equipment than most so, though no wash is perfect, it's much more thorough and they can even run your wash touches if you ask. Axel is an awesome staff membe and he's gone out of his way multiple times to make sure we were happy and that we were able to take advantage of the deals and promos offered. I really appreciate this location and the service. He's not the only one that's intentionally made us feel valued. read more

The car washes are decent, but they're pricey for what you get. I signed up for the First Class membership thinking it included everything you get with a single First Class wash, but it doesn't. That wasn't explained when I signed up, although it's apparently buried in the membership agreement. I also tried to cancel my membership a week before it renewed, but was still charged for another month because they require cancellations at least two weeks before the renewal date. There wasn't even an apology or any acknowledgment from the attendant about the misunderstanding. I wish that policy had been made more clear. I'll be taking my business to Quick Quack down the street to see if they have better customer service. read more

Well just to say one thing, the girls that work at JET SPEED CAR WASH on the corner of sierra ave and sierra parkway are very nice. The problem with this car wash is that, the owners don't care about their customers or their equipment that they use to-wash your car with. All the "OWNERS"are worried about is putting money in their pocket, due to the fact that the last five times I've been here, half of the scrubbers do not work so only half of your car get washed. But they'll will still "CHARGE"you full "PRICE" without giving the customers any discount or any warning knowing that their equipment is broken down. What that tells me is that their maintenance people have no clue of what they're doing, or if they can't fix it then they need to find somebody who can. Also the sad part is that I was told that the owners have been told a number of times in the last month about all of the complaints that the girls have been getting, due to there is never a manager on the property, and still nothing has been done. Which is not fair to the girls who work there because they have to hear all of the complaining and they have no answers for the public. So shame on you "THE OWNERS OF JET SPEED CAR WASH" you're not the only car wash in town. I have no problem taking my business some where else. So Just like the water that goes down the drain, so does all of the customer money that we pay full price for and get half the service. So keep up the bad customer service and crappy quality of car washing and you're your business will go down the drain just the dirty water from the cars. read more

Two of the brushes on the right don't work. The soap sprays but without the brushes nothing gets cleaned. They dont tell you when you pull up. They just take your money, which too expensive for what you get. Never coming back. If I could do 0 stars I would. read more
