Maybe I just struck out of luck but for $25, I feel like at the very least the vacuums would have enough air pressure. All 2 hoses I tried had little to no air. Most of the stalls to dry your car after the wash had cones. Normally I get the $10 Better wash and the most expensive is $14 which is still good! The staff is anyways on site to help you select and pay and guide you into the wash. Before you enter the wash, you get a free air freshener to put on your mirror! They are the nicest people around! 10/10 customer service! Afterwards, you can park and use their FREE vacuum to really get your car nice and clean! You never feel rushed to vacuum so I always take my time! Came in to give moms whip a much needed wash. She neeeeever be washing her car so it was filthy and 1 El Major/Best wash took care of it. For $16 I would say it was for sure worth it and it came with a car freshener and dashboard wipe. Shout out to Noel Sanchez for he excellent service and explaining the options. Most car wash lines PACK IN the care and you're hella close but Noel took his time and made sure each person was being serviced and felt there was good space between the cars on the line. Avoid this place at all costs!!! They do not take responsibility for damage to your car from their wash. I have a Lexus and instead of accepting responsibility, they claim I had bad primer on a factory paint job. Really?! In reality it was there wash that damaged my front and rear bumper. Karl Kaiser does not make his customers satisfaction a priority. Again avoid this place unless you want to pay for damages to your car out of your own pocket. So if it were an issue with my paint job or any prior defect to the car, as you claim it to be, this would have happened several months ago with the first wash there. Second visit was great. For the Newbies, Pay the 2 extra dollars after choosing the "Best Wash" to get 2x towels. They're very useful to dry some of the water coming out of tight spaces between doors etc and remove some small dirty areas no big deal. I only used one towel for what I needed to dry and used the second one for my windows just to remove small dry water stains and came out perfect. I have a monthly fast pass with the better wash for $21.99 a month. This location is down the street from my job so I like to hop in once a week during my lunch break to give ole Penelope (my car) a nice once over. Four washes a month for a little more than $20 bucks?!?! Hot dog! I will say that staff is kinda inconsistent; some are great, pleasant and helpful and some strictly make sure my car goes in the washing machine and that's it. Nothing more, nothing less. You get a free air freshener each time you go through. Some of the smells, I recognize and love, like pina colada and jasmine. And some are atrocious and shouldn't be consumed by anyone's nose. If you don't like the smell of the air freshener you get, you can always ask for a different one. They offer a variety each day. They aren't labeled so it is definitely luck of the draw. There is a self vacuum area that has no time limit at no additional fee. I like to take advantage of that when I have the time. read more
