Let me add that I waited patiently nearly 4weeks for this delivery. This was without any doubt the fault of Home Depot's employee, YET, Home Depot offered to credit my account & told me to reorder the product at the full price! I personally went to the store and spoke to the Manager who begrudgingly offered to apply only a $300 discount for my inconvenience! In addition I was told they could not expedite the order for me? I was told "well you are getting a full credit" what does that mean? I paid for a product, your employee broke it and there is no reparation to the customer for the sloppy handling by your employee of an expensive item, other than me having to fight for a discount? I have been long time customer at Home Depot and honestly this was the worse customer service I have ever experienced there! I would think twice before making large expensive purchases at this Home Depot they do not value their customers and their employees are not trained to handle the transport of your delivery.
