The price for the car was fair, but the car needed some new tires and a few other minor things that would not have affected the price on most cars that much. However, this is a Maserati. Parts and service on these cars are not cheap. Chris was very attentive when addressing my concerns with the car. Unfortunately, the sales manager and I didn't see eye to eye. I felt the minor flaws diminished the value of the car further than he did. Me and my wife went home that night thinking we were just too far apart to make a deal. Then that same night I received a call from Nik. Nik asked if he took care of the issues I had with the car if I would be interested and taking another look. I told him I would. In just two days I got a call from Chris letting me know that the car was back. We went to look it over and not only did Nik take care of my issues he then asked if he could take another look at my trade himself. After looking it over he came back and offered me more than we originally agreed to. What a class act! So, while at first my trip to the dealership wasn't as I had hoped, I am glad to have been able to meet Nik and see firsthand just how dedicated he is to his customers and his team. This dealer has rarely fixed a problem I had and has made it a point to fleece me at every turn. I highly recommend you go elsewhere. Here is my experience. 1) Car creaks when stopping or starting. I have driven 100's of cars in my life and never experienced anything like it. Signature says normal body noise. 2) Water pools in the door after rain or car wash and gushes out. My fear was freezing water would damage the paint. Nothing they can do. 3) Paint on my Blue Hyundai peels since 30k miles. I made the mistake of thinking I could take it in later because I bought the 100k platinum warranty. Blue paint only covered for 36k miles but white is extended. 4) Engine light came on for several days and went off. If they scan the code and find one in history its covered. If they don't have to pay them 170 dollars to scan the codes. One hour of a techs time. Sorry but a tech doesn't make 170 dollars an hour that is the dealer charging profit. 5) They put their dumb sticker on the car when I asked them not to. Refused to take it off. I had to peel it off myself but little did I know I just had to wait for the paint to peel off anyway. 6) Poor design from Hyundai exposes a lead screw that moves the driver seat. Seat was jammed. Turned out a dime cut lodged in there because it is exposed. 100 dollars to tell me that. If you still want a Hyundai Kia go to Michigan City. I have gotten multiple people to not buy from Signature and one of them had a problem that Michigan City took 3 weeks to fix. They gave them a brand new rental and through on a set of tires for the trouble. No way Signature would do that. Avoid Avoid Avoid.

Now 2 of my windows are grey. I was told they do match tint%, and from the outside you can't tell. But I don't want blue and grey windows. If there is no way to replace with blue tint, why was I not consulted to see if I wanted to proceed. I understand the dealership I went through gave instructions to change out the window tint, but it's my car. Why was it ok to do this? I guarantee none of the employees would be ok with different colored tint on their windows. When I asked why they thought it was ok to roll my car out like that, I was informed it's not their job or responsibility to check all the windows. Good thing the dealership paid for my new "window cling" because I wouldn't have and will be going to another place to have it removed and all my windows done to match. I will not take my car back here. Overall I find my experience to be sub-par and unacceptable done with incompetence.

We decided to tow it back to Ohio and were hit with surprise storage fees that had not been disclosed (The car was towed there... So they may have a sign posted, but storage fees x4 days were never disclosed via written or verbal communication). Back in Ohio, we had the car checked out by a trusted mechanic (who we would've used to repair the engine if that had been his recommendation). It is not the engine. It was loose lug nuts on a tire. At best this is incompetence. At worst, they are criminally ripping people off.
