Nothing custum but premade forms. I called Chris at Water Cool Ind and he spent the time with me many times with no commitmentby me and just browsing. After a few weeks, I looked back and he personally resopnded to each message. That got my attention. Then I put a task in front of him to make Forged Wheels that I designed using Candy Red, Blue, gold. The wheels look awesome and unlike major factories of wheels there is not another one on earth like mine as we (Chris - owner and I built design. He was iwilling to try to make my wheel, others declined as it was not in their "molds" ) Great service from start to finish, uniquely beautiful wheels that spins heads. I could not have asked for better service and brutal honestly by the owner. I can pretty much assure you no sales rep has come close. And, sales were never pushed even when taking up a huge amount fo this time.....he would very nicely respond "we want to make your wheels this time and for life and we want you to trust us." A very good ex perience and a very nice person to work with. Problematic reviews normally are not what is written but whatever that person deems "dogging" the company. Thumbs up to a young, dedicated Chris shop owner who I trusted due to a poor response by others. Now I am glad I gave him the chance ...... not another wheel like this on the PLANET! No one else would have made MY design. Thanks for a positive long distance purchase (I live in Austin, TX)

i gave them a deposit for rims in early 2020, and never received the rims, a refund communication…read morenothing. Just out right stole my money
