I order a lot of auto parts being in the business and have dealt with many yards in person and via internet. This time I was looking for a very particular part (2013 C-Max Energi whole rear suspension) that only a few yards had something in my range. None of the yards were in my state and many were pushing the maybe compatible parts (Focus) or the suspension in pieces (from different donor vehicles) neither which I wanted. I emailed Veldman's and got quick responses from Ken. There were a lot of questions to which he gave the honest and informative answers. He appraised me of the process of securing the part instead of feeding me false promises. I appreciate that he had the patience to deal with all my calls/emails because the pressure was on securing this part. It took a little longer but in hindsight Ken wanted to make sure I got exactly what I ordered. A few days I received an email that the part was being shipped and later that day the part arrived at the shop in A1 condition. Trash all trash starting from employees I order a 2011 BMW x5 decklid from Carol "Complete" was very Specific on not cutting the wires because mine were damaged. Charged me full price to get everything to me! I appreciated the fact that the transaction went through quickly and they sent me the visor I ordered promptly. I was VERY disappointed in the condition of the visor. It was very faded and did not as hang firmly as a visor should. I believe they should have included the condition of this visor online. Upon arriving at the store, I was greeted by a salesman named Tim. He had an extremely arrogant attitude. My wife had put a backseat for her car on hold awhile back, and I went there to pick it up. She gave a $25 deposit to put it on hold over the phone. I asked this extremely arrogant Tim if I may see the seat. He said "You should have done that before putting the deposit on it!" I calmly said, "Sir, I just want to see the seat before I purchase it." He got upset and showed me the seat, which was only behind the counter. It wasn't like he had to walk a mile. Regardless, that's not how you treat customers. He continued to be arrogant, so I said, "Sir, there is no reason to be a prick. I just would like to purchase the seat." He violently snatched the paperwork from my hand, and told me, "Get out of the store. I'm not going to sell you the damn seat!" Then, my wife called them.
