I am writing this review about Cassidy Landscaping because they are an amazing team and deserve the recognition. I have never had a landscaper working on my property before and quite honestly it is because I never thought anyone could handle my 15 thousand square foot lot in Stoneham as well as I could but I was wrong. This year I decided to let them take over everything which provided me more personal time to sit back and enjoy their work. After working full time all week like most It relieved me from spending my weekends out in the yard maintaining it. It was such a pleasure when I came home on a Wednesday after the crew had been out to my house because the property would look beautiful. My lawn was never really healthy no matter how hard I tried but they managed to get my lawn looking incredible. They just finished completing my fall cleanup with the leaves and I have to say again the property looks absolutely put together. I know how much work it takes to get the leaves done because I did the cleanup every year by myself for over 22 years and seeing how clean it was after they were done I applaud them for their hard work and dedication to taking care of my home. I would recommend them for any landscaping job you have. They are a great group and Patrick and Ryan are doing an incredible job with their business. They are polite and always listen to what the customer wants. I have to say that Alex is one of the hardest working guy's I know and he is always there to listen to me when I have questions. We hired Cassidy Landscaping to re-do our driveway retaining walls, front stairs and walkway and I cannot say enough good things about Ryan and his team at Cassidy. From our first meeting with Ryan I knew that he was someone I would be able to work with, someone who would respect my input, and who would do the job as if it was his house. His quote was detailed and thorough (unlike others I received, which seemed to leave a lot of room for additional costs to come up mid job) and his price competitive. Throughout the course of our project Ryan's customer service went above and beyond that of any contractor I have ever worked with. Ryan spent a lot of time pricing and sourcing materials that would work for my project while also fulfilling my aesthetic wants and budget. He even took the time to meet with me at the stone yard, so that I could see the colors and options in person. As the project progressed, there was never a call or text message that was not responded to personally by Ryan. He was always willing to meet us in the morning, or after work, to discuss questions we had as the project progressed, and was always willing to make changes or adjustments. The entire Cassidy crew was friendly and respectful, worked hard and cleaned up each night before leaving. I have used Cassidy Landscaping for 3 years now.. 5 stars isn't enough! I've used all their services from air rating, thatching, mulching and servicing both of my fall and spring clean ups. This company offers top of the line service showing professionalism and quality in not only their work but in dealing with their customers. They're extremely educated in lawn maintenance and masonry, always offering great advice even if I just need to call and ask a question. Cassidy Landscaping is meticulous with every detail of their work and reliable making sure their customers are pleased at the end of the day. I am also comfortable recommending them to my neighbors, friends and family. I can't say enough good things about these guys.. Pat and Ryan Cassidy (and Alex) have been taking care of our yard for several years now, and now that we're growing older, it's such a delight to leave it all to them. My husband did quite a bit of landscaping in his younger years and is a real neat freak, but he's plenty happy with their work. And if he ever does have a question or concern, the guys are superb at listening and taking care of things. They do really care that their clients are happy, for business reasons of course, but also just because they're outstandingly nice people to begin with. Oh, and they built us a gorgeous front walkway with bricks a while back, too. I found it really impressive. I had a swimming pool removed and needed a fair amount of landscaping. I contacted Cassidy and was provided with a very detailed estimate. The hot September caused the work to start a little later then planned, however, as soon as temperature cooled they were on the job. The grass is now growing and we are VERY pleased. Have used these guys to mulch in the spring and clean up in the fall. Have also used them to aerate and over seed in the fall. Just had it done again this Sept and the lawn looks fantastic. Very pleased with the results. Know of two lawn installs they have performed and the lawns look incredible.
