Within weeks of completion, the lawn was failing across the entire yard. Large dead and bare patches everywhere, as shown in the photos. The lawn is watered by a professionally installed irrigation system that runs on schedule and works perfectly, so this is not a watering issue. This is a problem with the installation itself. When we asked Gerrior to correct their work, they refused to do it under warranty and said they would only fix it if we paid again for time and materials. We paid six figures for a lawn that died in weeks, and the company will not stand behind its own work. As of today, nothing has been repaired. I will update this review if Gerrior makes this right.

He anticipated grade adjustments, irrigation and future electrical needs in his design proposal. He and his crew were absolute warriors preforming the work during an unanticipated artic blast. Watching his men cut perfect curves in pavers using a diamond blade chop saw was amazing. The end result was a perfectly graded and sculptured paver walkway and patio addition that matched our existing work perfectly. Sprinker pipes were reconnected and the entire area was cleaned up as if they were never there. Look no further and hire this crew who must be the most meticulous hardscape contractor anywhere.

At first the price seemed high for one medium size pine tree (over $2k) but then he said he was willing to discount me if I added an additional tree, regardless of the size. He said he wanted to be "fair and honest to local members of the community" and said he would come within days since they were down the street doing another job. Instead of days...he came within 24 hours and communicated extremely well to make sure I was updated and aware of the time and price it would be done for. They were in and out within hours of cutting down two trees (minus picking up the massive logs which was the next day). They did a great job overall...cleaned up after which barely left a trace. They didn't destroy much of my yard either which was impossible considering the size of the trees they cut. I can't say anything negative except if you are only looking to get one tree cut, it might be higher than cutting multiple due to equipment travel and cost to get many of their guys out.

Initially the yard, with fresh sod and new paver patio looked good, until it didn't. We babied the sod; watered it, didn't step on it, watched it like a hawk. Within weeks it never fully took, I texted Rony and he told me "be patient". The sod barely ever took, what did take died off quickly. As "experts" they knew the shade conditions, the knew the location of the yard and it's clear they picked all of the wrong products to install. Our yard is a pit of mud now. We have ruined carpets and furniture with our dogs bringing in the mud. The yard looks terrible, we literally cry over it. We now have to spend money we don't have to try and fix it. ****UPDATE**** The owner texted saying we are full of sh*t and then called. He told us if we didn't let him on the property to inspect that he would see us in court because of this review. The crew worked hard and in inclement weather to get the job done as discussed and planned. There was an issue that was due to a miscommunication with a contractor working on another project that abutted the path and Rony addressed the issue and made it right. We love the path and the costs were all clearly presented up front along with a very detailed plan for the work. The grass seed they planted which was a bonus they added in has grown some great grass, and the lighting they installed makes a huge difference.

Jeremias was quite knowledgeable and suggested replacing part of our asphalt driveway with permeable pavers to add a natural drainage solution, not reliant on sump pumps or hoses and motors which already showed their limitations. His crew also built up a berm along our property, which not only acted as a way to hold back potential water flow but also dressed up our property line with additional shrubs and trees. These guys really knew what they were doing - the pavers came out beautiful, Jeremias himself was regularly on site and was constantly in communication throughout the job to update the process. We've since reached out about additional projects on our property.

Dropped them in year 1 and definitely don't recommend them.
