Amazing, excellent, and prompt service. I had 4 trees that needed to come down this winter. A…read morenumber of other companies gave me the runaround for the initial estimate, but not Andrade. The owner, Santiago, came out on time to assess my trees. He gave a great quote and started immediately. Two of my trees were huge and rotted in the center. It was just a matter of time before they toppled over and took out several homes. The other two were small, but entangled with power lines. His team did a fantastic job managing the tree removals behind a sloping hill. No issues with surrounding property on my side or my neighbors. Also he was great responding to my last minute request to remove an overgrown forsythia. On the final day when I had another contractor on the property to work inside the house, he was professional when sharing my narrow driveway so both companies could get their work done. I strongly recommend Andrade Tree Service. The backyard looks great and no leftover tree trunks or branches. Everything was hauled out!

I used Andrade Tree Service in 2025 for tree removal and pruning. The basic tree cutting and…read morepruning was fine, though it required heavy oversight on my part and multiple follow-up visits to get the root removal completed correctly due to communication issues between the owner and the on-site crew. I was forced into the position of being the site supervisor despite a language barrier with the crew and having to repeatedly follow up to get the work done as agreed, and a section of my wood fence had to be taken down multiple times, causing wear and tear. Because they got the job done at a reasonable price, I tried giving them another chance this year and requested an estimate. Santiago came out to the house for a walk-through, and I followed up by email with a detailed scope of work for a yard project that needed old soil, a concrete block, tree roots, and shredded tires removed and replaced with new topsoil. They never provided the price estimate. I sent several follow-up emails over a months time, including a final direct request a few days ago asking if they were interested in the project. I have been completely ghosted and received zero response. If you need straightforward tree removal and pruning, they can do the job, but you may have to micro-manage the work if the job requires things done a specific way or custom instructions (in my case, roots removed to a specific agreed upon depth). Reliable communication and professional on-site project management were lacking and made the experience more stressful than necessary. For all my future tree removal and pruning needs, I will be using locally based McKinney Brothers Tree Service instead. Their pricing is just as competitive, and their superior communication makes them the better option.

Peace of mind. Pema…read morehad been highly recommended to me, so I didn't hesitate to call them when I noticed that a neighbor's tree had cracked, and was about to fall on my roof. Although I phoned late on a Friday afternoon, a representative came early the next morning, quoted a perfectly reasonable estimate, and scheduled a day to trim the tree (and many limbs) off of my property line. Today was that day. The crew was fabulous. They showed up on time, were professional but friendly, knowledgable, and extremely efficient. I was amazed by how well they worked together to take care of a multitude of issues, as well as by the careful and thorough job that they did. I will not hesitate to call again. Many thanks, PEMA!!!

But is he using that to bait customers? Anyway, during estimation visit the owner agreed verbally to remove all trees (big and small, and two small fallen trees except for 2 cedar trees, old tree clippings) on the south side of my property along with a tree in the front, and one on north side for a $$$$ amount. At first he did not send any written contract and insurance until two days before the job and that too only after my repeated asking. The written contract was a bare-bones contract. Had just few lines mentioning only the big trees. When I asked, via text, if he is also going to remove the small trees and the two fallen trees on the ground. He responded in one word 'Right'. But couple of days after the job when I was inspecting the area for fence installation, I noticed that - The two small fallen trees were still there, - The stumps, that he said would be cut 2-3 inches above the ground, were cut at least 6-9 inches above the ground - The stump grinding that they did for two trees went hardly 6-7 inches below ground as compared to 12 inches below ground that he mentioned during estimation visit, - didnt remove much of grind chips and were mixed with dirt leaving at least 12 inches high mound in that spot. When asked he said that it will settle down. But it did not settle down. I had to spend over hundred dollars on labor to remove the mound after a week only to find the stup was ground hardly 6inches below the ground. When notified via text, I did not get any response for several days (at least until few days after the check was cleared). Upon my repeated text messages, I got one liner response that the fallen trees were not on the contract. But he stopped responding when I pointed him to his text confirmation about the work that were not mentioned on the contract. Me being a trusting guy, I am still hoping he does the right thing and completes work the work he promised. Adding just one pic for proof
