Initially the yard, with fresh sod and new paver patio looked good, until it didn't. We babied the sod; watered it, didn't step on it, watched it like a hawk. Within weeks it never fully took, I texted Rony and he told me "be patient". The sod barely ever took, what did take died off quickly. As "experts" they knew the shade conditions, the knew the location of the yard and it's clear they picked all of the wrong products to install. Our yard is a pit of mud now. We have ruined carpets and furniture with our dogs bringing in the mud. The yard looks terrible, we literally cry over it. We now have to spend money we don't have to try and fix it. ****UPDATE**** The owner texted saying we are full of sh*t and then called. He told us if we didn't let him on the property to inspect that he would see us in court because of this review. We already lost well over 17,000 and now he wants to sue us because we won't let him trespass.

The grass seed they planted which was a bonus they added in has grown some great grass, and the lighting they installed makes a huge difference.

Jeremias was quite knowledgeable and suggested replacing part of our asphalt driveway with permeable pavers to add a natural drainage solution, not reliant on sump pumps or hoses and motors which already showed their limitations. His crew also built up a berm along our property, which not only acted as a way to hold back potential water flow but also dressed up our property line with additional shrubs and trees. Crugnale was the second least expensive quote we got, but seemed to be the most professional and had the best customer service. When we first talked about the job with Crugnale they were very friendly and outlined different options. They did not push us to do something more expensive, but gave the cost of each option and a description of the pros and cons of those options. This was the key point that made us choose them: they seemed like they wanted to help us get the lawn we wanted giving us all the options instead of like they wanted to just get as much money from us as possible. They did the work very quickly. We had many questions along the way about our new grass and Mike and Chris were always very helpful and responsive. They even came by to check on how the grass looked to give us feedback on the maintenance.
