Firstly my youngest pup attended daycare only 3 times, the first time he seemed happy so we came back the next week and the staff seemed friendly, so i thought ok, its not too bad here as weve not been to any kennel before, on the 3rd visit he came home with fleas, we took care of it , got preventative at the vet for both my dogs, i figured ok no big deal this happens, so we planned last weekend to have both our dogs boarded for one night as our ref sitter couldn't do the last night of our trip, I spoke with staff both during our daycare drop offs in person and via text letting them know our oldest pup needed insulin they said absolutely no problem, I double checked and again said no problem so i booked our night, they confirmed but requested my oldest pups immunization records so i took him to the vet paid a few hundred dollars got him all topped up and preventative, sent it to them via text was told all good, we left for our trip and planned for our sitter to drop the boys off... i get a text while were away saying oh actually were not vets we dont give insulin, not really an apology or and help in the situation just a text saying yep musta been a misunderstanding... then nothing , that was it, i called 2xs left a message to discuss the situation and no reply, I would Never leave a pet I loved here unfortunately...

Home pet care and check-in will be a great service to have for me currently with a dog that is sick and I can't take him to daycare anywhere while I am at work due to his sickness. Suzanne came by for a meet and greet at my house to see how everything would go and what things she would need to know. The amount of services that are offered both in the home and at Suzy's are great to have especially in the area around Berville and Armada where there isn't a great selection for this kind of thing. They will help provide services for anything from dogs, to goats, all the way up to horses for home care. If you are needing pet sitting services at home or at their facility, definitely check this place out. I would definitely recommend it! Doggy day care, boarding, home visits, they pretty much do anything you'll need.

I checked in on him texted her while I was on vacation and she told me he was so good and being such a good boy. I do not recommend taking your pets there. I did not have a good experience there at all. When I came back to pick up my puppy he seemed fine. When I took him home he was limping in his hind legs and couldn't walk or run correctly. He also ate 8 CUPS of food total for that day like he hasn't eaten his whole life. He was a bit skinnier than when I dropped him and his ribs were showing a bit. I called Suzy and asked her if anything had happened she said no. I took him to the vet the next day and since I had to take him on a booked day they charged me an emergency fee and walked paying $150 for an X-ray and sedation and painkillers for my puppy. I called Suzy to tell her that I wanted my money back from boarding him and I acquired medical bills. She told me that she will send me a check on that Monday. I waited an entire week and then texted her about the check and she didn't answer me. She then blocked my number and never sent me a check. Do not take your pets to her for ANYTHING. I had a bad experience and will never go back and no animal should have to go through that pain while their owner is away.

When i picked up my pup Gabby had chopped off all of her beautiful long hair! And to add insult to injury (literally) she chopped off my pups whiskers! I complained immediately and Gabby ignored my complaint and still wanted the $50 for "grooming" my pup! I called today to raise my concern and demand a refund and Gabby had the nerve to say it was my fault! Gabby has destroyed my dogs beautiful long hair! A co-worker told me about Clean Cut and when I messaged Gabby she responded with a picture of our boys when they were pups asking if it was the same Tiny and Oliver!! My heart melted that she had kept that picture and remembered them after that much time. They loved going to be groomed with her and my two grand pups still go to her when needed as they are very skiddish and she accommodates to them as needed. She was the last to groom both of our boys before they left us and she always treated them like they were her own. Thank you for all you do for so many families and their pets Gabby and team!!

The vet had to be in the center of the room and wouldn't budge demanding he be dragged to her when he was scared and resisting. He ended up hitting his head on their sharp counter and slit his head wide open. The vet was rudely commenting about taking him to regular vet and threatened "he was one heart beat away from being sent away" the vet went off and started yelling at me when I asked if she could move 5 feet to give the shot. If I could give a -10 star I would!!! Stay away from this place they don't want to be bothered anyway...
