Dr. Young is absolutely amazing. We recently lost one of our fur-babies, Charming. We were seeking…read morea comfort care route for him, as he was nearing his final days. She answered all of the questions that we had, while she answered them in truth, she was so compassionate. She didn't treat us like "a job", we could truly see how much she cared. We thought we had enough medicine, and they were closing before we could get there to pick it up, and they actually let us pay over the phone and left it outside in a special hidden place for us to pick up. I called the next day, and asked the receptionist a few questions, and she relayed them to Dr. Young. The receptionist called us back within minutes and ask us to send Dr Young pictures of what we were noticing on Charming. I think she understood that taking him to see her again would have actually caused more strain on him. While we no longer have charming, she said something that stuck with us, "it's okay to say goodbye, even on a good day". We have two more fur-babies, and I plan on taking them to see her annually.

She argued with me that she had called to reschedule my appointment... which had not happened. Tara spoke to a different customer with the same last name. After I figured out what happened Tara could not apologize for her rude attitude and for arguing with me. Another customer was present and waiting!!! I will NEVER return ...my dog deserves the best and if The owner, Tara, was that rude to me I doubt she would treat my dog in a way I would find acceptable!! Would NOT recommend!
