I ordered 2 pizzas. One10" gluten free 2 toppings as it's the only size available for gluten free and Medium regular crust 2 toppings. Pick up is only option. I specifically asked for Extra tomato sauce for dipping. Since I have to eat gluten free crust ,It helps. They said Absolutely! Okay, I specifically asked if I had the business and not a third party service I was ordering with and was assured They were the pizza place. Perfect! My Hubby brought it home! The Pizzas were $40 bucks. 2 pizzas. A 10" and A medium. Pick up! No extra pizza sauce was sent. I Had the garlic butter they sent which helped. Flavors on pizza were okay. Unfortunately they have great pizza. But their customer service is horrible. I have tried to call more than three times to order delivery only to be completely blasted for calling 45 minutes before they close. Apparently I was talking to the owner who decided to blast me on the phone and then hung up on me for my comments about a pizza place closing so early or only being open four hours on a Tuesday or other super early hours. The correct move would have been to explain that they only have one driver and cannot do delivery but would be happy to take my order but instead decided to blast a customer trying to give honest nice feedback.about weird hours instead of listening and engaging nicely. I was here yesterday. I did come once or twice a week. The pizza is good. But yesterday I saw a terrible mistake that changed that. A pizza was giving to the wrong person at carry out. The older lady with a cough left with it. She drove away. 5 minutes later she drove back. She said it was the wrong pizza. The blonde "18 year old boy with glasses said sorry, exchanged it for the right one. He placed the returned one on counter. A few minutes later a customer arrived. The 18 year old blonde guy gave him the pizza the lady with a cough left with and returned! I waited to see if he would say anything. He didn't! I spoke up saying your not giving him that are you? He said it's fine, we are really backed up. I explained what happened to the "new customer" he was shocked!!! New customer chewed the kid out for not throwing it away, especially during Covid! I have eaten here for years but in last 6 months customer service and caring here don't exist there. They answer the phone with "hi", or hello" not the business name or how can I help you. And wait times are always double what they say. For example I watched this due to the food I ordered being 30 minutes late for carry out.. And now they don't care about Covid. Best pizza place in Cottage Grove! Better quality ingredients, better depth of flavor, but... You'll pay for it too. Seems to be about twice as expensive as the chains around here- but totally worth it! We have had them deliver on occasion, but we usually just go pick it up, that gets the goodness to us much faster. The sauce is good, herbalicious and tangy. Their breadsticks are pretty good, and their buffalo wing sauce is great- especially if you get a super fresh order. They give you x1 garlic dipping sauce per pizza, but you can buy more for 75¢ Which you should! Check your order before you go though- they ALWAYS get the pizza/toppings right, but they forget to give you extra sauces that you've ordered! read more

The food isn't necessarily bad, but it's not worth what you pay. Also, the management is very poor and I've heard ugly things about how they treat their employees. I have 6 people I could reference who disliked working their simply due to the pay and treatment. Understaffed for a reason, and it's just overall not worth it. read more

We have enjoyed Cassini's for a number of years. Great tasting 'za, love the addition of the dipping sauce, and friendly service. When I lived in Cottage Grove 4 years ago this was my Go To Pizza place, Now, usually a few times a year I get it to go and bring it home. Today the first time in about a year I stopped, got home and to my disappointment the unique chew crust the used to have has been replaced with a crust no different than any other place. Revision, I just heard from Cassini's pizza about my review they say nothing has changed. Tried this place for the first time. Pizza was delicious, tried the Mac & Cheese and Buffalo Chicken pizzas. Mac and cheese was creamy and the buffalo chicken had the perfect amount of kick.
