Great roadside gas station to fill 'er up and get back on the road. The restrooms are filthy and the gas pumps are too. That just adds to the charm of this place. I would give this location five stars but I haven't been inside to have an interaction with the cashiers to do so. As far as access in and out, it's perfect and drivers are given enough room to maneuver. Pumping gas was easy and appreciate the fact that I wasn't given a hard time when it came o using my credit card. I was in and out with no problem. read more

This is a good stop on the way to the Los Angeles and Long Beach area for us. They have diesel at decent prices, and restrooms. When we travel early they have good fresh coffee along with all varieties of flavored creamers. I will be back. It is literally feet from the exit and entrance ramps to I-5. This is a gas station. You can get gas here. This is also a convenience store with the averages wares you would expect (drinks, snacks, etc). It is clean enough. The staff is okay. Nothing stands out from this joint making it a must see attraction... if'n you are driving down the road and need to stop for something, this place will work as good as any other. Just remember that if you need to use the restroom, that you will need to get a washer to act as a token to open the restrooms. The washers can be collected at the register. Meh. read more

My old truck, a 1974 Toyota broke down on I-5 and it was suggested I get towed here for repairs. Raffi, the owner bent over backwards to get me going when he heard I still had 2 more hours to get to where I was going. What I paid was more than fair and he showed me the parts that needed replacement. He even did a few other things needing done for no charge. Just being nice. My son is an auto mechanic in another state and everything I told him that was happening, including the charges were all correct as a second opinion. I highly recommend taking your car here if you want fairness and honesty. read more

I was traveling home (North) when all my warning lights went off including my engine light. I pulled into this station and from the beginning, they were kind, helpful and knowledgeable. A stranger must have seen the distress on my face as I own a BMW and many mechanics do not work on them. He informed me that they are honest and do excellent work. They gave me an estimate, ordered the parts, allowed me to place my refrigerated items in their walk-in and took me to the only pet friendly Inn as my lab was stranded with me. (Rodeway Inn, which I cannot recommend). The car runs great and they did not take advantage of my situation but charged a fair price for excellent work. I highly recommend this station. I am so thankful that I found my way there. The service was EXCELLENT! read more

This shop is friendly and most importantly, honest. They go the extra mile to make sure you're taken care of. My motorhome ended up here by pure luck, and I couldn't be more happy. The service in the middle of the night (which happens to be when I got, there while my vehicle was overheating and breaking down) was just as helpful as the treatment I recieved from the manager, Matt, the following day. Matt went out of his way and made sure that my family and I were taken of and not taken advantage of as other places I've been to in the past. ln my opinion it's little things like that really do make it a 5 star shop. I pull in with a tire very low on air. In California stations or places that offer air and water need to supply it at no charge it is a CA law. No one to be found that works there. I walk over to the little mart, other side of parking lot and a guy wearing a 76 shirt has no time to talk to me. Says his guy just left to drop off a car and Will be back in five minutes. I say I've already been here for 10 minutes there's another guy with a minivan that's overheating and water draining out the bottom of his car he says well if you don't want to wait and leave! Needless to say I will not be going back there as he was not interested in customer service at all, rude, despicable, not interested in helping! read more

i pulled off the 5 to refuel my subaru since i was running low. the gas at this station is not cheap. i had some fresh house music beats pumping in my car. then i used the bathroom at this 76. i noticed it smelled just like a bathroom at nightclub... lots of urine on the floor. wow, that made it a very realistic experience; i.e. i could pretend i was out clubbing in san francisco or something like that. i bought a 1.litre bottle of nestea for 99 cents. that's pretty cheap, but i hate high fructose corn syrup. read more

Decent, relatively clean restrooms, but not cheap!

We are forever grateful to Raffi in the auto service center. Our car ran over a piece of metal on the 5, about 20 miles north of Castaic. The back right tire immediately started leaking air. We were down to 13 PSI as we limped into this service station, conveniently located right beside the exit ramp. We were so grateful that the station was there, and told our kids it would probably take a few hours to get back on the road. Not so! Raffi came out and fixed or tire in under 15 minutes! By the time we used the bathroom in the shop (which was very clean, especially for a highway side gas station), Raffi had already removed the metal shard from the tire and was patching it.
