It's convenient, that's about it. The gas pumps always glitch. My pro tip is don't use the pump card machines. Go inside it's faster and more convenient. The staff was friendly. The pumps touchscreens are exposed to the sun. I believe that's what makes them malfunction all the time. Gas is usually better priced here bc it's not near a freeway. Needed gasoline, and I spotted this 7-Eleven Store with gas pumps. Good thing I did because there were no other gas stations on the way to the freeway. Nowadays, most gas stations charge less if you pay with cash. Same thing at 7-Eleven store cause it was 10 cents per gallon lower if you pay with cash. Cash is King baby!! Inside the store, It looked alright. It was tidy and fairly well merchandised. Service was decent. No greeting or thank you. Otherwise, as I said earlier it was decent. I love coming to this 7 Eleven to get coffee in the morning. It's usually less crowded in the morning. Customer service has always been good. It's a good size store, so there are a lot of snacks and drinks to choose from. This 7 Eleven also has a gas station in case you need gas. :) read more

The first thing that stands out at this 7-Eleven convenience store is the people. Yea it has all the usual drink and quick bites you could possibly want. But the guys who work there are always very friendly and really quick in moving lines of customers out. The do a great job. The store offers the typical rolling hotdogs, heat lamp pizza and of course home of the big gulp and slurpees (ahhhh brain freeze!!!!) I noticed the other day they also display a rack of wines in case you are feeling more sophisticated. A bit marked up but hey it's convenient right? Chilled drinks are always nice and cold in the case and the aisles are kept up and stocked with plenty of salty treats. Get your lucky Lotto tix here too. Another plus here is the attached gas station. The prices pretty low and pumps are consistently working. Around the side is a air / water machine which the guys inside will turn on for you to use. This 7-Eleven also features a easy to get to Red Box dvd rental kiosk. I really love the location. I can drive in, park or pump gas and easily pick up or return a movie in seconds. Convenience store is decent sized and was clean and well lit. Cashier was polite and professional. Gas prices were fair for the area. But I can't say it's better than "I've experience better" if the main reason I chose this location was to use a bathroom and I couldn't do that. read more

Mt daughter just went to get gas at this location. The total for gas was $40.08 but the pending transaction on her credit card is $175. I called the store, but could not understand the accent of the person who answered. When I said I would be be calling the credit card company next, he just said okay and hung up. I cannot dispute the charge until it posts, and I understand that they sometimes put a hold for a greater amount on your card. We will see what actually posts, but $175 is quite high for a hold. read more

So, I go here and get gas sometimes because I frequent The Paseo Club. Today I went there and filled up with super (woo hoo, a whopping 91 octane).. well, I thought I remembered that 7-11 gives a free cup of coffee with a fill up. So I took my 88 dollar receipt and went inside. I asked the gentleman behind the counter (Nick), hey, so you give a free coffee with fill up? He looked at me like, what? Uh, no, we don't do that. I needed gas, my son asked for donuts, my wife needed a coffee and my daughter asked for - wait for it - a fruit parfait. Who asks for a fruit parfait? Went to 7-Eleven on Newhall Ranch and they had - amazingly - everything I was looking for. Their coffee and donuts were actually VERY GOOD. They had like 6 different just brewed coffees with a buttload of flavored creamers. As to their donuts I'm pretty sure 7-Eleven makes their own donuts. They're not bad at all. Today, I realized the propane tank I purchase was missing an O Ring inside the valve and brought it back without a receipt and only the credit card it might be on. I frequent this 7-11 and can say the employees here go out of their way to keep the line at the register short. Your not waiting long at all even during a busy time. I've seen clerks use two registers at a time! Always stocked and looking good. I've seen steam cleaning being done and wiping things down as well. Upon finding the nearest 7-Eleven to work, I decided to pay it a visit. See what new shiny things that it held in store for me. First off, it's a gas station 7-Eleven. So that's pretty cool. I've noticed 7-Eleven gas prices tend to be fairly low. Upon entering, I was greeted by a friendly cashier, and I began my scouting. Many people think that all 7-Elevens are the same. That's simply not true. Each 7-Eleven tends to have it's own unique things and personality traits. This one is no different. In addition to cold beer in the coolers, they've got a wine/beer aisle that actually surprised me. There was one whole section of locally brewed beers. Next to it was a varied and wide selection of wines. Not to bad for the beer & wine snobs. Not that I'm a beer and/or wine snob. Wandering around the aisles I found some gourmet bakery items that were hand made by a local bakery, packed with love and delivered to the shelves of the store. There is a whole wall facing of Raman bowls. Holy carp. I didn't know this many flavors of Raman existed! And I'm sure you could head pack to the coffee area and prep it too! They've also got the standard hot food menu; sandwiches, hot dogs and those tasty round-rolley thingies....taquitos? The 7-Eleven menu has been ever-expanding ever since they put in those lil subway-oven thingies. You can get a pizza at 7-eleven. You can get breakfast sandwiches, and burgers. And I tell you from personal experience that they're not bad. Did you know that 7-Eleven has it's own medicine brand? It's cheaper than the others too. So ever I start to feel under the weather, I come here to grab some 7-eleven day-quill and two packs of Emergen-C to get me better. They've got everything you need to get you healthy again. My first trip I picked up some gourmet donuts, some lemon cookies for a co-worker and a large iced tea. Just 99 cents for a refill! (Just 2 something for a gargantuan-sized new cup!) I've been here several times since that first visit, and each visit I see something new. I'm glad to have this place nearby. I am comforted to know that if suddenly I need it and don't have it, I can zip over to 7-Eleven and probably pick it up fairly cheaply. Oh thank heaven. read more

I finally found a 7 Eleven near my work. It was a gloomy day and with the heat in the past couple days....I deserve myself a Slurpee. I had a lot of ice cream and I think the summer just barely started for me. The location is somewhat near the Wal-Mart that I reviewed recently. if you are coming from Rye Canyon and get on Newhall Ranch Road, take the far left turn lane and make the U-Turn...Very convenient to get to the 7 Eleven and the Plaza. This 7 Eleven has a Gas Station. When I was about to park, I noticed a huge crowd inside. I wasn't sure what was going on. I walk in and there they were....TEENAGERS. They were all over the store...Either at the Slurpee section or just wandering around the store. I went directly to the Slurpee Section and I got an old time favorite, Cherry. I just got a XL Size with Cherry ($1.89). My total with tax, $ 2.07. After I was done, I felt like I was going to be attacked by teenagers since there were like 10 of them right behind me. As I was about to pay, the store clerk seemed annoyed with the high school student. I think the teenager asked too many times what the price was for the soda or ignored to look at the total on the machine. Geez...kid. I paid with Blink and I was in and out of there before more kids from the nearby Valencia High School come by. How is it that the teenagers are out at 12pm, during my lunch break?! Now I feel what older adults feel about teenagers. Store has two Slurpee machines just like Rodney said. They have three-four staff ready especially with these kids nearby. I would not recommend purchasing anything at this 7-11. I used my Debit Card to make a purchase and just a few days layer I began receiving fraudulent charges on my debit card. I have talked with several people that live in the same area that have experienced the same problem at this 7-11. Someone at this store is stealing credit card numbers when you swipe your card and using it for fraudulent purchases online. I recommend boycotting this store. I know for a fact that my card number was stolen here because I never use my card for anything else but groceries and local dining. I never had this problem before until I made a purchase at this 7-11 store. These guys are thieves and I hope they get caught soon. read more

On 1/25/17 I pumped a full tank of 91 octane from pump 1 in the evening. After driving the car a few miles, it began stalling. My mechanic found contaminated gas and replaced it which fixed the problem. Ok - first off going there on free 7/11 Slurpee day may not have been the best day ... but we did as it was my twins' first experience with 7/11 day. To our dismay all the machines were broken and my daughters were devastated. Immediately an employee shouted across the room, coupon get a coupon ... and bam the cashier pulled not one but two out because i had two daughters. it wasn't the cleanest place and the lines were long ... but because they saw two sad little girls and had hearts of gold I will go there again and wait in the lines and forgive the mess.
