He came out and shared his honest thought on what we should do. We have never had professional painters before and he walked us through what to expect. We had everything from the trim to ceiling to the doors (the doors we added after we saw how bad they looked in a freshly painted room). Our house had a ton of different dark colors they had to cover they managed to do it. They also replaced several pieces of trim work. I really liked that you don't pay upfront and you don't pay until you are happy. Also their pricing is very reasonable. We got quotes from other companies and theirs was the best. Also there team was amazing, we had a family emergency while the painter were here and they dropped what they were to help me. I can't say enough about the guys they went above and beyond what a paint crew should do. Overall you can't go wrong with Pinpoint!! I would recommend them again and again.

Bryan fits that bill We were interested in putting in a waterproof floor, either ceramic tile or vinyl, and Bryan was helpful in determining which one and the cost-effectiveness of each. Bryan managed to fit our timeline for the project perfectly. In about three days, he had leveled the concrete floor in our Lakewood, home, put down the red, waterproof barrier, put down a impermeable barrier between the red barrier and the vinyl flooring. Finally, the vinyl flooring went in in about a day and a half. All told it was about four days. When we noticed something that might've been a little bit off, Bryan was quick to correct it and super responsive. he was more than accommodating in our requests and his crew did a great job, especially in terms of cleaning up before they left. It's clear that Bryan understands not only the craft in his work, but how to treat his customers. We are thrilled with our new vinyl floor. I'll update this review with some more photos once I finish the rest of the project.

I was…read morefully transparent from the start that I do not live in Cleveland and asked directly whether I could trust him to handle the work responsibly. He assured me I could. Unfortunately, he did not fulfill what we agreed on. I paid over $12,000, and the work was left incomplete. The units were not rent-ready, debris and trash were left throughout the property, and key items we discussed were never finished. The photos I attached show only part of the condition he left the property in. After receiving payment, Larry stopped responding and ultimately blocked me instead of taking accountability or addressing the issues. As a property owner who relied on clear communication and trust, this was extremely disappointing and costly. Based on my experience, I would strongly recommend hiring someone else if you are considering renovating a property. This contractor was unreliable, unresponsive, and did not deliver the agreed-upon work.

The owner (Jim) came out to my home in Fairview Park, took a look at the points of concern, and took notes. Within a day, I received a very reasonable estimate, expressed my intent to move forward, and had a date scheduled for the work ~2 weeks later. I am pretty detail-oriented and had some concerns with the initial work that was done. Jim personally stopped out to inspect what was done, and handled the additional work himself to my content. Throughout the entire process, both Jim and his son Austin were very personable. I would definitely recommend them for anyone looking for repairs/work in the Cleveland area. I'd attach pictures, but I'm a cheapo when it comes to phones and my camera sucks.
