My buyers got a home inspection just to be safe and the inspection came back no issues. My buyers close and just moved in a week ago and now the roof is leaking the home was built in 2016. We contacted 13th floor homes and were told the seller closed on the home in 2016 so therefore the roof is no longer under warranty???? What how is this even possible, let alone the community has the highest taxes in the county as the builder placed a cdd on the homes. So now they are paying on bond from the builder who won't guarantee their product. What are my next steps to get this resolved

All the buildings at Plymouth Gardens are infested with Rodents. We have been dealing with this since September of last year. In my opinion this is slumlord attitude. Then they want to do some renovations and raise the rent in their apartments knowing there is a major infestation and not fix the issues. They also own Plymouth Park and Sussex in Plymouth Meeting.

If that is not enough, they also share confidential Homeowner information with members of the community. Furthermore, the paid maintenance man is also a resident of the community. I believe that Icon Realty was involved in hacking my bank account. I leased an apartment in the heart of las olas/Fort Lauderdale from December 2016, from Atlantic loft llc. I agreed to pay a 2 month security deposit of $2400 as well as first, last and security (pretty standard) got my key, etcétera. After 2 different companies handling our property, ICON Realty came in January 2020 and revamped property by implementing a ***online payment service ***** aka , a way to get into your bank account. I questioned who this is and why I had to use this system to pay, not only to be replied with "It is our new system and you have to use it, you must pay rent this way or consult your attorney" As I went ahead and used it but decided to not renew my upcoming ending lease of 3/30/20. I emailed, texted and explain that I would not be renewing the lease because not only I don't trust the payment system, I had a very difficult time communicating with Benjamin (who by the way runs the whole thing). He ignored all my calls and the ones he replied, he did very rudely. I promptly moved out on schedule and handed him the keys along with my original lease agreement. He took the keys and said that He did not have a refund and I would need to wait 30 days to receive one on the mail. Now 30 days later. My bank account has been HACKED and bank investigated the multiple charges leading back to that January rent payment. I have been getting random withdrawals from different wiring entities totaling over 1k so far. Due to covid19, I can not yet file a claim in court. And the reason I am writing this is to WARN tenants and landlords about companies like this! I am attaching the refund check I just received. What a joke! See you in court.
