We scheduled our inspection and were accommodated on short notice. The home inspection was completed in a timely and thorough manner and a detailed report was provided the same day. I'm writing this review because I'm purchasing an alternative property (previous deal fell through) and the report that was completed (by the seller) was far more difficult to read and not nearly as comprehensive. I hired Castle inspection for a condo inspection. The office manager was quick and thorough it was easy to setup and coordinate. Our inspector was on time and professional. He provided a report after a walk through with the seller and home owner. Although his report reflected the points to be addressed, no major issues reported, he didn't provide a full report on upgrades to best assess the full picture. He was professional however we wish he had finished his paperwork later or in the car, the buyer was on a tight schedule and he was not very attentive to her time concerns. read more

I called yesterday for a home inspection and Terry was super helpful on the phone. I like when I call and the person on the other end of the phone knows the business they work for and ask the correct questions! I automatically felt comfortable with her knowledge. If I could leave 0 stars I would. I move into my home that was inspected here and my water heater does not work. SW Gas stated it should have never passes inspection. I called to report this Curtis asked what is it I am not understanding. What he wrote in the report was different then his verbal report. Buying a home can be overwhelming and it's easy to miss potential problems when looking at your dream home through rose-colored​ glasses. For this reason,​ it's important to have an unbiased and trained eye on the job. Castle Home Inspection came highly recommended​​ so we called and were able to make an appointment for a few days out on our potential​ dream home. Curtis arrived and inspected a 4400+ sq foot 2-story home with a pool and spa for us in about 3 hours. He looked at places and things we probably wouldn't have spotted until we'd lived in the home for several months. He also pointed out some more obvious concerns that we'd missed when we'd initially toured the home. After he concluded the inspection he walked us through each part of the interior and exterior of the home and reported his findings.
