They've recently started curbside pickup which is a bonus! Everything inside is Cincinnati themed to include stickers, masks, shirts, leggings, hats, scarves. Teams you'll find are from colleges, Reds, Bengals, FCC, Cincinnati Zoo, local breweries, pubs, Cincy businesses... these guys are huge supporters of all things local!

This is a great time to stock up on clothes for your child. I once shopped their 90% off clearance sale and I was amazed at the quality of clothes I got for so little. It has two levels, so do not be deceived by how small the first floor looks when you walk in. Things are well organized and prices are ok. I wouldn't make a purchase here unless there was a sale or I had a coupon, as only then are prices comparable. The clearance section can also be a good deal, make sure to check that out! I came to return an online order. It was fairly busy and for quite sometime only one cashier was working. Finally after a wait, a second came over and helped me with my return. The annoying thing was, she could not automatically tell from scanning my receipt how much of my order was paid for by gift card, and how much was from credit. She had to call the 1800 customer service, so the process took a bit longer. All in all it turned out fine and was resolved. Cant say anyone was overly friendly. Kind of seemed like no one wanted to be there.
