When we rejected this and said they have all the information they need, they finally sent our refund back to paypal .Not to our bank account which it came out of. We also had purchased two items that were said to be 925. They may be 925 somewhere in the world but are not up to our standards here in America as they broke out my wife and left a green hue on her skin. Recently, we went back to their store to purchase a couch, swivel chair and ottoman. We were met by Carolynn (owner) and selected a couch and ottoman by Smith Brothers and tried several swivel/gliders but none "fit". Carolynn checked dimensions of a Smith Brothers chair online and recommended it. I repeatedly stated I did not feel comfortable buying a chair I couldn't sit in first but she was very convincing that the dimensions were what I was looking for. She was extremely helpful in picking out fabrics that blended well together but that's where the story goes awry. The furniture was delivered and I immediately called her after sitting in the chair. I explained that my feet didn't even touch the floor and the chair didn't fit. She told me to come back into the showroom and select another chair and she would "work with me" on it. She said they would take the original one back for a small restocking fee. She said she was busy with another customer (which I totally understand) and told me to take fabric home and call her to proceed with order. I called her three times on three different days and left messages but she would not return my call. I finally called and left a message that I found it hard to believe that over a four-day period, someone was too busy to make a five minute phone call. She finally returned my call the fifth day. It was then she informed me that they set their restocking fee on a "case by case" basis and that the restocking fee on my chair that cost $1,799 would be $700!!! I told her that seemed a bit extreme but she again insisted it was a case by case basis without explaining how she derived that that astronomical restocking fee. I refuse to pay this unreasonable restocking fee of almost 40% when she would place the chair on her showroom floor and resell it to another customer for the price she sold it to me for in the first place......especially when I was insistent to her I was skeptical of buying a chair I couldn't sit in for fit first. They have lost a long time customer.....she has made it clear she doesn't care. Bottom line is, she is great on the sale but if you have an issue, you may as well hang it up as she will not make anything right.

The store itself is a small store full of just a lot of everything. It's definitely marketed towards middle aged and older women. It's full of lots of jewelry. Accessories like scarfs, bags, purses, hats. Small amount of women's clothing. Lots of little sculptures or things to decorate the house with. Frames for photos, keychains, and random knick knacks. It had a good variety of stuff and if I was in a different age range and probably from Kentucky, I would have liked mostly everything in it. But alas, I am thirty and not from Kentucky so this isn't my kind of stuff. Outside of what was in the store the women running it was my problem. When we came in she just looked at us and didn't welcome us, then ten minutes later she walked up to us and asked us if we needed help looking for anything. In which we replied "Were just looking around, thank you though." And she just shook her head and walked away. Then my cousin Jack who is three, who was behaving himself outside of making weird animal sounds was carrying around this shark toy gun thing that my Grandma was going to buy him. Until the woman running the place took it away from him. So, I guess she doesn't want our money? Note taken. We won't be returning. She was all around just aloof and rude the whole time. Outside of what you would consider customer service, if you're in the area and looking for a gift in the age range I stated. You could probably find some good gifts here.
