The store is brightly lit, well laid out and inviting with good a/c in the Arizona summer heat. Employees are respectful, helpful and do not make one feel ashamed or embarrassed for being in the store, regardless of what you are purchasing. From soft to hard core, bachelorette party to intriguing, they have great prices on a wide selection of toys. I was in this store and purchased $350 of toys. The sales associate sold me an extended warranty that extended the manufacturers warranty an additional year. The sales associate told me that it covers the toy no matter what happens to it. A year later we had an issues with the toy and the warranty company declined the claim. The castle store manager is rude and condescending and has given me the run around for over a month now. Bottom line is you're better off spending your money online instead of going to this store. Your hard earned money is more protected buying online than trusting the liar and thief's at this store. Fascinations or groove are way better than the crooks at castle that tell you whatever they need to just to make a sale. So pissed off. I shopped here years ago and was never given such a problem. I was on this side of town and manager gave me the biggest issue on the dancer discount. I literally had so much proof that it was crazy but I don't have my license because.... 1. Maricopa county dancer licensing sends their licenses DIRECTLY to the club you work at. 2. The maricopa county license does not have an expiration date on it. Which is what she said she needed. I was obviously buying clothes to dance in. Was it really THAT big of a deal when I am buying over $50 in dancer clothing to give me a discount when I was obviously a dancer. I mean I even gave her some VIP passes to the club I work at. I visited castle megastore to see if they had a better selection of lingerie then the Grooves located in Gilbert and it had been many years since I had been in this store. I am glad I stopped in. Huge selection of lingerie and anything else you might interested in. As I looked around for a "friend" on some of the other products, I didn't know where to start. Tish assistant mgr.( hope I got the name right) was the best. She answered all of my questions ( I mean my "friend's" questions) and continued to help until we found the item for my "friend". Well, weeks later I had to exchange some lingerie and returned to the store. Tish remembered me from the previous visit, shocked me back and when she heard my "friend" wasn't quite happy with the item I purchased on the previous visit she went out of her way to find something better suited for what he might be looking for. Don't go here. I've been a customer for a very long time and have spent a lot of money here. I had two body suits and two pairs of socks in my hand and was about to buy it all and just needed to browse some more...I wasn't entirely sure what I was going to get and was approached multiple times as though I was a criminal that they can take my stuff to the register. About three times. Third time the guy said "I didn't want to whip this out but it is store policy because of how much you have." I have been here so many times and had more things in my hands. I work retail and cannot imagine treating guests in my store this way. I usually came here for my pole and aerial gear but will be sticking with fascinations from now on. read more

Pretty good store. It's huge with a wide selection of what you would expect to find at an adult store. My only complaint is that they don't have a bathroom for the customers to use. My wife had flu like symptoms, all of a sudden wasn't feeling well and we had to drive quite a ways for her to use a bathroom. Do be careful going here at night especially if you're a woman. Some areas of Mesa can be kind of sketchy. I'm not sure if this is a shady area, but it's not lit up too well and there were some people coming and going from the parking lot that were acting kind of suspicious. read more

My husband purchased a lingerie item for me in Oregon at castle megastore. The hang tag that castle put on the item claim that it was a size large. When I went to compare it to the actual items tag I found the tag was cut off. They told me all of their stuff has cut off tags. Is something very sketchy and tacky. Where is this stuff coming from? Love the product and selection, and Used to shop here very often always spend a good chunk of money. But now it's so uncomfortable to shop here as I get watched like a hawk as if I'm going to steal. My friend and I went in with a complaint about a toy we'd bought and were disappointed the assistant manager was very nice to us and explained we'd need to go through the manufacture for the issue since the package did in-fact say "water proof" (and wasn't) My friend and I went in there looking for some cute lingerie outfits and Natalie L, was so helpful and very patient because I have the body of a 12 year old she found me some very nice Teddy's to try on that fit my size and style. What a poor experience! Just purchased a packaged toy for my gf and I and it looked fine under the extremely dim light. Then I took it out into the sunlight and saw that the toy was dirty in the package. Brought it back in to the female at the desk and she refused to touch it, let alone switch it out for something that was clean.
