My last visit at VS I was sized 3 times same day and all different to end up with a bra that was too tight.. which we know is already pricey and not worth it. I came here since they carry my favorite brands, fitfully yours, and freya. Kris took quick measurements and brought in several styles. I left with 3 bras two for everyday one for special occasions. I was in and out in less than 30 minutes. They have beautiful bras that won't break tithe bank. My 3 bras cost $200. Do not buy from this place online!!!! My item never arrived. When I repeatedly contacted the business stating such, after not even receiving shipping information they failed miserably to get back to me. I had to call three times. Each time the person said someone would get back to me but they never did until my third attempt. By the time they responded all they did was *finally* give me shipping information which was still no help because my order didn't arrive and with no proposed solution on their end. A truly unreliable company with horrendous customer service. Buyer beware! *UPDATE. After again emailing the owner, she has ignored me, again. What's the point of replying to me saying I should email you again only for you to not respond? She has NOT solved or corrected anything. Okay Ladies. I've struck gold with not only the SELECTION of Intimates in this store, but also with the fabulous STAFF. They are caring and know their stuff about Lingerie. The fitting is key. I tried walking away with a style I loved rather than how it didn't fit properly. The incredible Store Manager, said if you see gapping it's not fitting you right. I was really in love with the style, so she said I get Leopard in often you'll find it again. They measured my waist/bust CORRECTLY. Not like when we are used to being judged by "her secret" if you catch my drift. I found out I have been squeezing into the wrong size for the last 4 years!!! Why you make ask? The amazing Manager at Belle Lacet said it perfectly. "They measure you by what they have in THEIR store. Not what fits you." It was a sure eye-opener for me. My mother and I came here on Saturday afternoon a few weeks ago thinking that we were going to experience great customer service with a bra fitting. Obviously based on my one star, we did not. We were greeted by a single employee working in the store. She was young and it seemed pretty obvious that she didn't really know what she was doing. I asked her about a bra fitting so she had me come in the back and measured me with a tape measure. First of all it felt like she was cutting off my circulation when she went around my chest. Secondly when she determined my size, it seemed as if she was unable to help me find any bras in the store that were my supposed size. She tried to explain that there's something about the computer that they were unable to keep track of what sizes they had. I could not really figure out what she was talking about. You've told me what size I need now help me find a bra that's that size seems pretty simple to me! Instead she proceeded to just sort of stand there and not even help me on my mom look for the correct size bra. She went around showing me all the different types of bras and explaining that she didn't know what sizes they were or if they had my size. Also that they really carried more variety for large sizes and since I am on the smaller side she didn't think they would have many that would fit me. At this point I was very confused how am I supposed to find the bra that I want since she wasn't looking for any size for me. She was still just sort of standing around. My mother did more work at trying to find the correct bra size for me than she did! So we did find a bra that was the size that this salesgirl said I was. I tried it on and it was so tight that I could hardly stand it. I tried to be patient and give her a chance but this was just ridiculous my mother and I left the bras and left the store. The girl was still just standing around like she didn't know what to do. So my question is. The shop is very small, how can you be in there and not have some understanding of what bras you have and how you have them organized? Was she just filling in for someone and really didn't know what she was doing? Or is this their idea of running a good store? I doubt I will ever find out because I will not go back. I will have better luck figuring out what bra size I should wear by trying on a bunch of different ones at Kohl's. At least they have a better selection and they're in order and you can figure out what size you need and where they are! read more

As a VERY curvy woman with a smaller waist and big chest, it can be difficulty to find good support for the girls that LOOK good too! My sister introduced me to this lovely little boutique a while ago, and I cannot buy bras now from anywhere else! They have a GREAT and HUGE selection of bras, panties, swimsuits with built-in support, lingerie and other great items. Ms. Karla will check your fit, make suggestions... she is so patient and makes this sometimes daunting process quite enjoyable! I have a very difficult time finding bras to fit so when I heard about this shop, I decided I needed to see what it was all about. From the minute I walked in, the owner was super nice and extremely helpful. She sized me and handed me so many options I never thought I could wear. She also was very willing to order other colors in the correct size, if i wanted. Prices were really good for the larger bra sizes. Usually, other shops up-charge the large sizes. I went in with the expectation to find something that fit, was comfortable and didn't make my boobs look weird. Didn't find it. Everything either felt like it was cutting into my skin or the wires were too narrow or something. I felt like the salesperson was getting frustrated with me because I wouldn't settle for something that hurt or didn't fit. She said things like, "not too bad" or "you could get away with that". I always struggle finding a bra that actually fits me. A lot of places will just put me in a more common sister size than my actual size because I need a small band and a larger cup. Not here however. She does a great job taking measurements and knows her stock very well. Even more than that she takes the time with each customer to find the best fit in shape as well as size. Look, I've said it before and I'll say it again: bra shopping is the worst! Well, at least for gals like me who need to buy bras in larger sizes. Usually we get dealt the fugly card and get to choose from one maybe two styles. Upon entering this lovely establishment, I was greeted by the SUPER helpful Ariel. I told her of my bra woes and she began picking out tons of bras for me to try on. She started me out with about 6-7 and as I tried them on she brought in another 5 or so. They had tons of cute styles and an array of colors. The bands go down to a 28 and cup sizes up to K, so you're probably going to be able to find something that suits your bod. They have sports bras, undies, nighties and more. And to top it off, their prices are outstanding! Usually, my bras cost around $120+ each! I was able to find my size for as low as $45!! I ended up purchasing 5 bras, weeeee!!! Oh yeah, for every $200 you spend, you get $10 back in store credit! This Lingerie store has changed my life for the better. For years, I have dreaded shopping for bras and underthings. The giant posters of nearly naked ladies in the pink store doesn't really make me want to go in a dressing room and try on a bra. But Belle Lacet is entirely different. It is classy, has so many more size options--for large and small women, and there are NO pictures of women on the sales floor. In each dressing room, there is a small picture of a real customer. They are beautiful, not airbrushed and all sizes. In short, it is the first time in 40 years I have been comfortable buying new bras. Karla, the owner, is genuine and helpful.
