My Wife and I come to this store from time to time, as we love to explore new possibilities in our Marriage, we always enjoy our visits here, and usually come home with some fun new stuff to experiment with. This review covers our last 3 or 4 visits, and now the reason for the review.......... Recently, the store seems to have undergone a transformation, new displays, more merchandise, better variety, but most of all, better Associates! We were helped by Thea and Tami, and their attitude was refreshing to say the least! Thea was right on point when observing what we were looking at, and came up with several excellent suggestions, and then actually asked if we wanted to see demo models of the items, so we knew how they operated, and what they did! This was EXCELLENT!!!!!! We actually picked up some fun new toys that we never would have even considered before! On a previous visit, Tami helped us out to try and find some items for an outfit we were putting together for my Wife, and even though we struck out on that account, Tami was upbeat, engaging and helpful throughout, and asked us to please come back soon, as the store was in transition, and many new displays and products were coming soon. To say that my Bride and I are pleased with this fresh outlook is a tremendous understatement. The clean, well lit and displayed store is a classy, comfortable and fun environment in which to explore our passionate sides. The ONLY criticism I have for this store, is that their Sales Associates should have some sort of commision, or reward program to acknowledge the Sales Associates level of customer service. Not sure where you guys picked up that Jacob guy, but you get a gold star for him. My roommate and I went in today to do our regular 'browse 'o new products' tonight and he was on top of it. He made us feel comfortable browsing the assortment of various... *cough* items, and answered all our questions without that awkward, nervous pause I would get otherwise. Jacob brought to light various items we would've just looked over without much hesitation, and even showed us how some of the more complicated, items work. Not only was it easy to talk with him about sensitive subjects, he was willing to show us new items and keep us entertained with casual conversation, but he did so in a professional manner. I'm used to going into shops that have inattentive staff that just basically let you wander, with no real interest in what you're actually looking for, only to leave empty-handed. He gave me information that I found to be really useful as well, so instead of being (anxious) about my next purchase, I now have confidence that someone can help steer me in the right direction! I went in for the 1st time and was super welcomed!!! It had everything I could possibly be looking for. Jacob is The Most Amazing salesmen Ive ever met in this industry. Made me feel very comfortable talking to him about my needs and wants. Jacob is Very knowledgeable about the products, with very informative opinions. Its been a week, at least, since my purchase and experience there and I am Very satisfied with my purchases based on recommendations from Jacob. He was able to help me get what I wanted and needed and get something for my husband to. Cant wait to go in and see Jacob again cause I know he wont let me get the wrong thing! Way to go Jacob your Awesome!!! P.S. I know its weird to talk to a guy about a woman's needs and wants. But I never felt uncomfortable asking Jacob questions. I can't put in words how much we have always enjoyed shopping here. Even several years ago--when the staff was different--customer service was amazing. No one is weird or anything; I feel very very comfortable shopping here. Some other adult stores make me not want to come back because they just STARE at you. At Castle they walk up to you and ask what you're looking for and are actively interested in helping you buy merchandise, and they KINDLY ask to hold your chosen merchandise behind the counter...there aren't giant, rude jokester signs talking about how you're on camera. I don't feel like a seedy worthless dirtbag shopping at Castle. Some other shops are o.k. BUT they tend to not have males working in there, which isn't fun for my boyfriend and I when we also want advice on male-geared merchandise. I like how there are both men and women working here. Highly recommended even to those who are more vanilla. read more

Honestly to start off i have never been into a place like this before i always just have my wife go in. But due to my "knowledge" of my wife's intimates i ruined them. So i decided to try my luck and go in right as i enter the door i am greeted by a young man who introduces himself as Travis, he then ask's what brings me in and after i explain he offer's to take the time to walk me around and pick out the items that were ruined which i did not expect. The whole time he was very helpful and if he couldn't answer a question i had he wasn't afraid to ask someone else so he could give me a honest answer. I appreciate a worker like that who is honest not only in the way he talks but in his smile. Because of this experience i will definitely come in with my wife to this place from now on! read more

This place has some good quality stuff! The best selection out of every adult store I've been to around here. Even had stuff I couldn't find online. Jacob was extremely helpful. He had great advice and recommendations. I bought what I came for, and then some. I now have a list of toys I know for sure we'll be coming back for, that I normally would've overlooked or not been sold on. He definitely sold me on a few things I thought I wouldn't buy because he took them out so I could actually see and feel how they worked. He was professional, patient, and made the experience not so intimidating while taking the time to figure out what I was interested in and showing me how everything worked so I'm sure I'd like it. I love shopping at Castle! The sales people are very knowledgeable and helpful. I went in looking for two items and was greeted by Jacob. He immediately found my first item but upon looks for the second, didn't see it on the shelf. He commenced to looking for it in a few other places and then went and asked his manager about the product. With the help of another coworker they found the product and it just so happened to be the last one! Now tests customer service!!! I'm from out of town and always like to add to my fiancé and my collection of adult toys. This time, the toy was for me. I was looking for something like the Fleshlight, but wasn't quite sure. The salesman (Michael) was extremely helpful, courteous, respectful, and knowledgeable. As a salesman myself, I take pride in selling product which the customer will be happy with. Went to find an adult toy and was completely confused as to what I should buy. Probably 30 years since I was in a store that offered this kind of merchandise. A very nice young lady offered to help me review the qualitiy options that I might prefer. Bottom line, after much consideration, I made a happy purchase. For starters, this place is HUGE. They have a LOT of product of reasonable prices. I was slightly itimidated by the size of the building but oh man, the two ladies in here the other night that helped me were awesome They were very educational and non judgemental.
