A friend and I stopped in here yesterday, from the outside it didn't look so great... but inside was very nice! The layout has a great flow, the lighting is moody but not dark. They have a great size lingerie section, including plus size and all different styles, from classy to kinky. Everything was organized and well displayed. Went here today to look at sex toys with a relatively new partner. The staff was incredibly knowledgeable and friendly. A significant number of toys had samples out of the box and the staff member offered to take out and put batteries in anything we'd like to touch (if batteries were needed). Still haven't actually been in the store unfortunately, but this rating is based on the fact that me and my girl got to the store at 1:45pm on a Sunday and it was closed. The hours were clearly printed on the door and it said open at 12:00pm on Sunday. No explanatory note, just a locked door. If you're going to not be there when advertised at least have the courtesy to say so rather than just not show up. UPDATE: I'm updating my post from 2 stars to 5 because of the unbelievable customer service I received. After seeing my disappointment with my last visit, Lovers took it upon themselves to see that I would return by writing me back with an apology, a full explanation and a coupon to the store. I've never experienced such kindness and understanding from a company so I was quite taken aback, but still incredibly appreciative. Even if this place doesn't have everything you could want, they value their customers more than most other businesses. For that reason alone, I strongly suggest a visit. read more

Great options and layout. The staff is well educated and there to assist with product knowledge and recommendations. Very couples and female friendly environment. I was originally nervous to go in but was put at ease once stepping inside to the welcoming atmosphere. Been here twice, both visits were welcoming (very nervous about going into a porn shop) workers there made my visit seem like I was walking into a normal store. If I could give negative stars, I would. This place was small and empty of customers when I went. Yet the staff just was very unhelpful and just stood and stared at me from the counter. When I did approach them to ask for help, they were extremely rude and acted as if they couldn't be bothered to do their job and quickly answered my question and dismissed themselves. A friend told me about Lover's (I'm a huge Castle fan) and that I should give it a try. Wow, what an experience! The place looks good, but the employees seemed to avoid me and my girlfriend when we went it (one girl behind the counter said "hi" when I came in, and that was about it) and the prices are too high. I wanted to find a Lelo just like mine for my gf, but we were left alone and when I finally found it, it was about $40.00 more than at Castle. Not to mention, come to find out that you can't use certain types of lubricant with certain toys (crazy, huh?) but the lady behind the counter told me the wrong lube to use with the toy. Had I not gone to Castle that day (smart lady with blonde hair helped me and my girlfriend) I would have destroyed a very expensive toy! My fiance are new to the area. We had just had an amazing dinner and decided to look up the best rated sex shop area. We arrived around 830pm and looked at just about everything. We decided on three things that we were going to take home and have some fun with. At about 855pm the employee says to us we close at 9pm and turns off music. So we quickly get the three things and walk up. She rudely tells us that the they close at 9 and that the credit card machine shut itself down, which is bullshit. We had such a great time in the store, except that nobody really approached us and asked if we needed help and the employee that was closing wanted to close more than she wanted our business. We have been in sex shops before and have never been treated so rudely as we did last night. We decided that we didn't need to be treated that way, so we won't be returning to Lovers. Went here 2 weeks ago, and I'm in LOVE with this store! (Sorry Castle, not trying to betray you). They have an assortment of potions that I loved for massage! Bought a candle that turns into massage oil when lit, and the smell envelopes the whole room when burning. I've been getting alot of massages lately from my bf, and I will be back for another candle. Also, got a new toy, kinda expensive, spent around $80 on it, but it's a high quality toy and has a wonderful warranty on it. Porn selection is small, go to castle if you're wanting a good selection of porn. If you want good quality toys, come here instead of Castle, but, Castle does have a good selection of toys that are affordable. This store is really suitable for couples and it seems more aimed at couples than alot of other erotic stores around here. Got a free bottle of lube cause I spent a certain amount of money, but I hated it! It spilled all over and had a greasy feeling, which confused me since it said condom compatible. I threw this freebie away! it stained my sheets and my mattress. Staff is very knowledgeable, but I could have done w/o the stupid 20 some year old group that was there, being immature and laughing at every thing they saw. I absolutely love this store! I've checked out many others but this one is still my number one. The set up is great, you definitely feel like you have your privacy and its easy to feel comfortable in the setting provided. The workers are extremely knowledgable and kind. They also do a very nice job of making their you feel comfortable and make it easy to open, which isn't always an easy thing to do when it comes to these things. They have an incredible selection of toys and an awesome display table. They are also always willing to pull toys that don't have displays out for you to see. They're truly concerned about making sure that their customers are getting the very best product that will work for them and that it will be well worth the money spent. They are definitely geared towards couples (of all ages) which is great since most places aren't. They also have great selections of lubes, books, bondage, and etc. I've recommended Lovers to many of my friends and never had a complaint from a single one. Love this store. The staff were very helpful, even offering to open packages so we could see the contents better to make a decision. Many of the toys have a demo toy out so you can get an idea of whether or not you'd like it. There were also large selections of videos, lubes, and condoms. I went to Lovers to purchase stuff for a bridal shower. Spent about $90.00 on basically crapola....body oils, candles etc....outrageously priced. Went to return 1 item today, as it was not appropriate. It was an $8.00 item. In the box, never opened,as it is a game. I was a week over the 30 days. They told me I would have to eat it.
