We are in there for a little while exploring everything they had to offer. Prices were not that bad and staff were nice. My daughter is fine smitsky's inside there and I was able to look at a few cool journal that they had for sale. There were prank toys as well. What really caught my attention was all the wall cat clocks they had which they had in various colors. You know the Felix looking cats with the eyes that look left and right. As someone who works professionally in comics and illustration, comic book stores are akin to a blood pressure machine: It's where I go to engage with my industry, check its pulse and lifeblood, and this place has been an ideal solution for all of the above. Anything that isn't on their very generous rack of new releases can be very easily ordered/subscribed to, with the added benefit of a 10% subscriber discount. They also have a very good selection of graphic novels and collected trade editions, both new and used. My only complaint is that I have to drive a long @$$ way to get there--*deep sigh* I live in North Idaho--but this store has been a tentpole to my continued sanity. North Idaho, as its name implies, doesn't put a lot of value on entertainment arts and culture (in my experience). Having a place like this even remotely nearby (about 2 hours drive from my house, but only 20 minutes from my work at North Idaho College) has helped make life worth living for me. For instance, the bathrooms (which have their own door code) are padlocked closed at 6:30 PM and don't open again until the next morning at 9... morning and evening shower takers are out of luck.
