Friendly staff, took our walk-ins without hesitation, clean spa, and most importantly my nail techs took their time and listened carefully to my requests. I would not hesitate to come back if I lived in the area! There were many "regulars" in the spa which is always a great testimony to good service.

    My eyebrows after a wax.

the people are nice but she did not shape my nails prefect once I stepped outside I noticed my shape was giving duck nails and not super square I had to file my own nails. I also have a bruise on my eye from getting my eyebrows waxed not sure how that happened. It gives 2/10

I have been to quite a few salons for pedicures...this is by far my favorite. Tonya is the owner and she is amazing. The atmosphere is so relaxing. It is beautiful and the quality and care they give is perfect for me. I am so glad to have found this salon and will only be coming here.

Best pedicure I've had in years!!!! Highly recommend everyone was very sweet and very thorough

Yikes. I saw the great reviews for this place I thought I would give it a try. This is 10 days later...Not to mention I went to have them fix the cuticle area since he didn't do the ombré correct and he ended up cutting a chunk out of my cuticle. It was still bleeding when I left and he didn't even apologize. I was mortified and just left. Now I have to get a new full set somewhere else after 10 days. Smh

Dip manicure. I think this color was #288

First experience at this spot today and it's the best nail salon I've been to in a LONG time. The salon is clean, the staff is friendly, and my nails turned out great. I got a dip manicure and my nail tech took his time to do it right. All of my nails are consistently shaped, the finish is smooth, and the price ($40) was very reasonable. I will definitely be back.

The girls here were so nice and accommodating! Place is beautiful and clean. Learned my name and treated me like a friend the entire time!

In town for work. Popped in because they were close to my hotel. The girls here were so nice and accommodating. I wasn't happy when she brought over the first color I picked. She knew exactly what I wanted and picked the perfect one immediately. They were training a few girls who were all very interested and friendly. She learned my name and treated me like a friend the entire time. Will be back next time I'm here for work!

I was looking for a salon that offered dry pedicures because I've always been hesitant about the…read moremore common spa chairs seen in nail salons; even when they're cleaned between clients, I worry about lingering bacteria in hard-to-reach areas, particularly the water jets. While Sweet Mia doesn't have dry pedicures, it was a great compromise. They use individual copper bowls for each customer that are removed and thoroughly cleaned with alcohol and barbicide. The salon itself is clean and soothing, with thoughtful textures (e.g., woven baskets and lampshades, plants, and other wood elements). Instead of the usual bulky massage chairs, they have comfortable reclining seats. My classic pedicure included a massage with hot stones and towel wraps.

Well I went back today and wound up with the same woman... I have never felt more UNWELCOME in a place. She was once again incredibly rude and this time did not do quality work. I asked for rounded nails, and she gave me very square, CROOKED nails. Also, it's tricky to pick a polish because they don't have swatches of the colors. The color I chose did not look like the color on the bottle, I hate it, but I was terrified to say anything because the woman was so rude. I held back tears because I felt so uncomfortable and frustrated. The woman who came and sat beside me even asked my nail tech why she was so serious. You could literally feel the animosity radiating off of my nail tech. Paying such a high price for such a bad experience makes me sick to my stomach. If you are a friendly person that doesn't want to pay to be treated badly, I do not recommend.

I have paid $60 for a top of the line and had all the fixins but this was basic and my heels still had rough edges. I want the cheese grater (you know what I mean) and my feet need to feel soft. Most technicians feel your skin after rubbing them with whichever tool but not here. Oh well, I guess I will keep looking. I might go back to the south and pay $35 for a little better service. Sorry but I have been getting my nails done for over 20 years and I know good service when I get it. No dry bar or fans to dry nails either. Just sit as long as you want.

I was on vacation and the next day I came back to have them fix it only to find out that they were gonna charge me the full price. They did not want to give a discount and finally said they can take off $10. When I asked for basic gel shellac, they wanted to charge me the same as acrylic because of of the take off charge. $50 for gel is outrageous especially whn they should correct the wrong. Mind you I also tipped my nail artist $20. This place will never get any more business from me.
