2nd visit today and I took an appointment. The service just like last time was on point and took exactly an hour for a "Charcoal detox" pedicure. The process included a scrub, feet mask, oil, cream, hot stone and a wax wrap with hot towels. I have very dry feet so I appreciate the intricacies with Charcoal detox. There's different varieties of pedicures available if you aren't into stones and wax wrap. All in all a good place for quick service and pedicured feet. read more

My friends got me a gift card here. It wasn't super clean, but I got a fantastic manicure. Lasted 3+ weeks. Perfect. No chipping. My pedicure was also very nice and the massage was great. It was also reasonably priced compared to other places I've been. I'll definitely be back. read more

I've gone to Castle for a few years. My MIL goes, my SIL, my daughter when she gets her nails done. I'm so done. I have never had bad service until this past week. The man who did my dip nails cut my nails before I even realized what was going on, instead of fixing the 1 that broke. Then he did dip without fully saturating the dip between coats, which left awful, splotchy nails. I came back today to get them fixed. This is their fix and they are telling me it's normal. I have seriously had dip manicures at least 1x a month for 5 years, with a few breaks to maintain healthy nails. I wanted them removed and my money refunded, but apparently that's not an option and they wanted to argue with me. I stormed out, which wasn't mature but I'm paying someone to watch my toddler so I could come back, so now I'm out the $62 it cost for crappy nails, plus babysitting money for 2 different occurrences. read more

I have been going to castle nails now for about 2 years. I see Bryan and he is amazing. He's almost a perfectionist and my nails ALWAYS look amazing. I usually do dip manicure and gel pedicure. He does fun designs for me, themed holiday nails, and I if I break a nail (bc I'm a clutz) he immediately gets me in to fix it that day. I've also had my nails done by another tech named Anthony. He is also amazing. He actually did my nails for my wedding and my pictures of them with my ring on are some of my favorites. I have referred my personal trainer to Bryan, I've referred my husbands ex wife, and 2 of my best friends. All of whom love their nails every single time. Since I had a physiotherapist appointment and had to put tennis shoes so I could not even get my nails done and this was my only day off work. They did even apologize for the delay. My daughter went in for a pedicure. While there she decided that she wanted a soak off and then an overlay. The male technician was taking care of her said he would not do it. I could not believe that he refused to do it because my daughter didn't say she wanted that service at the start. She asked him if their establishment offered the service and he was just rude. Walked in and said I for sure needed a French gel manicure, but would get a pedicure too if they could do it in 1 hour. They did. My nails were done just the way I like them - clear polish with a white tip. Not too small, not half my nail, Like other salons. I still got a hand massage, when others leave that part out when they are in a hurry. As for my pedicure, it was also done just the way I like it - and also included the sugar scrub, lotion and massage. The best part - I walked out in exactly one hour. The assumption is that when one bothers to make an appointment for services that the appointment time will be honored. Upon arriving and checking in for the established appointment, I was told to have a seat. Thirty-five minutes later, I finally was asked to have a seat for my toenails to be painted. The previous polish on my toes was blue, and, even now with the new hot pink color, my actual toes are still blue, since the previous polish never quite got removed all the way. All that followed by new walk-ins who did not have appointments, people who needed to pay their bills, and the plethora of phone calls that had to be answered, it was time for my nails to be done. It is now a mere 30 minutes before I MUST leave to attend my granddaughter's track meet, to which I missed her first event due to the extraordinary amount of wasted time "trying" to get these services completed. (She's nine, and both of her parents currently have COVID, so I absolutely HAD to be there.). Ninety minutes SHOULD have been enough time to have my toes painted and my nails filled.....had my appointment actually been honored. I ended up having to tell my specialist that I only had twenty minutes left before I had to leave!! And, leaving a nail salon with the previous nail color still showing on my skin REALLY isn't something that is acceptable or appropriate. I really want to like this place!!! I even went back to show them it was wrong color & nail tech didn't care and wouldn't change it. he said sample must've "faded I always get neutral color and ended up with some deep pink/ maroon color. they are beyond rude, seem like they hate every customer who comes in. will never go back. I have been getting the powder dip nails for about a year now. I have tried about 6 or 7 different places and always end up back here wondering why I ever go anywhere else. My nails have always looked the best when I go here. The salon is very clean and they have a good amount of options as far as colors. The whole staff is very welcoming and very nice. Not great I tried Castle Nails for the first time last week and was disappointed. I was hoping they would be good since my grocery store is in the same complex. The woman who did my nails didn't do a good job at all. She didn't properly care for the cuticle area, my nails are obviously different lengths, and she didn't paint the tips properly. I love my other nail place and the way they paint the very tip/edge of the nail and slightly under the nail. By doing this, my nails do not chip and are stronger. I'm definitely disappointed by the sloppy job I experienced here. My mom asked for coffin nails and the guy said that it would take too long...like really, and they came about thick, weird shaped and cricked. Also we never asked for gel nail and they gave it too us without asking. I specifically chose a color that wasn't gel and he chose one similar but gel which I didn't ask for again but I didn't realize. I have been coming here for awhile and unfortunately will not be going back after my past few experiences. Went in today and had my hand slapped several times when the tech was holding my hands where I could not move them. They used the wrong polish and had to re-do. Then used the wrong top coat and now I have sticky nails that are gel that also have chips in them from where the tech slapped and bumped me. We moved to the area in July. This place is really close to our house so I thought I'd give it a try. I've been going here ever since. I started with the gel manicure every 2 weeks. They have a good selection of colors and my polish never chipped or cracked. I decided to try the SNS dip manicure and I love that. I can go 3 weeks in between and the color selections are also very good. I have had several different people do my nails and they are all good. I went in with a friend and we felt very rushed to pick a color. Then the worker who did my nails seemed very uneasy when I showed him my pattern i wanted (which was a 2 color french tip). After he cut my tips, he started filing my nail and it was super uneven. He then continued to use a drill and went into my skin. He then started on the design and after the first coat he told me he couldn't do it (which he could've told me ahead of time before he cut my tips) and explained why. I understood so I said ok and he very condescendingly said "What did I just say." My nails ended up not being what I wanted at all and its only been a few days and theyre already lifting. I made an appointment a day prior to my appointment. I asked for the available times and was provided with those. I went ahead and booked my appointment with the time that was convenient for me, and based on the availability they provided me with. Upon my arrival, one of the nail technicians approached me and asked me if I had an appointment. I kindly said to her that I had an appointment with a specific nail technician for deep powder. She told me to have a seat. I patiently waited 10 minutes. Then my preferred nail technician shows up to greet me and tells me that he is sorry but he would not be able to see me until an hour later than my scheduled time, because he had a walk-in customer. I couldn't wait an extra hour on top of the ten additional minutes I already spent waiting for my technician to work me in. Apparently, making an appointment does not matter anymore. However, when I showed up they acted like it is not a big deal and unapologetically said " You have an appointment at noon, but I would not be able to see you up until one because I have a customer ahead of you." It is very unfortunate. I really like how my nails look when I come here, but the customer service is horrible. They went from outstanding customer service to complete disregard for people's time. I followed Bryan to his new location when he and his family purchased this nail salon. I have never had a better manicure than I do with him. Even my very finicky 91 year old mother loves how her nails are done by him. I'm excited to see a steady stream of customers in his shop. The shop is clean and the staff his very good. read more
