I was a bit apprehensive to visit this salon due to some not so great reviews. However, the location is quite convenient and they were able to see me right away. The salon itself is spacious, beautiful and new. The receptionist was extremely friendly and helpful. My nail tech Joy, lived up to her name. She was pleasant, polite and respectful. She honored my request not to cut my cuticles but instead pushed them back. The last place I went in Westfield did not listen and made me bleed which is why I wanted to try somewhere new. The standard pedicure (not gel) has lasted for weeks and still looks pretty nice! Prices are reasonable. I'm not sure why they don't have better reviews. seems like this place can't get it right. I have been there 4-5 times and hoping it will get better but it doesn't. it's like they put yogurt on my nails instead of polish, and sitting in the chair for two hours to do dip on my own natural nails is wild. and already chipping! And of course the lady did not speak English and she got annoyed when I asked her to even my nails so they match the same height as the other hand. read more

Bad, bad, bad. The technician who did my nails was rude, he would twist my wrist to get the angle he wanted to work on my nails, he didn't put any effort to do a good quality job while painting my nails- the layers were uneven, stained, really bad. The towel he used had blood stains- pretty gross. The next day my nails were already pealing. It was my first and last time going there. Very disappointing and disgusting place in response to your reply: I was 7 minutes late for my appointment, I called in advance to check if it was okay to arrive 7 minutes late. I work in the health care field and I know the difference in between blood and nail polish. No, your salon wasn't very busy, you had 6 people getting nails done on the time I was there. And in response to the text message you sent me when you offered me a complementary nail service in order to remove my review, I won't fall for it. read more

My hands have never looked so great since seeing Michael. He does a fantastic job. They look the best they ever have. I recommend!

The salon is really nice, seemed clean, and they have a fair amount of colors to choose from. However, even though she was super friendly, I would not recommend the nail tech I had (Kiki). I had a pedicure then a gel manicure, and the entire appointment she seemed like she had somewhere to be. She was rushing through every step and at multiple points what she was doing was painful (used the exfoliating scrub so roughly that I felt like I was being scratched, two of my finger cuticles were bleeding when I left). I have a high pain tolerance and was willing to let it go but it was far from a relaxing mani/pedi My manicure was abysmal...I asked for fingertip length and a square shape with the corners rounded and basically got some sort of extremely short coffin/almond shape. She flashed me the first hand and asked if it was ok but it was too late to adjust since my nail shape was already ruined and I didn't want them any shorter. I left with no-chip paint under multiple nails and some spots on some nails didn't have paint at all. Also, at one point there were 3 workers hovering over me and talking loudly to Kiki which just isn't relaxing or professional. read more

Michael gave me the best pedicure i've ever gotten. He massaged my legs for almost 20 minutes, & that was the BASIC pedicure. He took his time & is VERY friendly. It truly seems like he loves his job- & that is rare to find now. The place is beautiful & very clean. They use a bag in each pedicure tub & after every person. Horrible experience today, I came in with no appointment understanding that they may be too busy to take me. They said they had time, all I needed done was a removal of Gel X polish. Once the service was started, Michael, was completely distracted. He continued to look up from my nails that he was actively drilling, kept talking and when more women came in the front door he said he was free to take them. So after my nails were on fire from being drilled too much, he then put acetone and foil on my fingers and started another woman's full set. Well after I said there with my fingers soaking in acetone for over 20 minutes and BURNING my skin, I had to ask another lady to help. Michael hastily came back over and quickly finished my nails, aggressively and with an attitude, asking if I was "happy now". I will never spend my money at this facility again and you shouldn't either! Lilly Nails in Fishers and Westfield are amazing, I highly recommend this salon in comparison!! read more

We had a very good experience at this new nail salon! They saw us promptly at our appointment times. The space is large, clean, and attractive with many stations ready for growth. The energy is calm and peaceful. My pedicure looked flawless and the workers are clearly experienced. My tech even educated me on my nail health when I asked about gel polish removal. The salon was very clean, they had a lot of colors to choose from, and Michael was very nice and social. He did a great job on my nails, at least from first glance. They quickly chipped (within 3 days), so I went into the salon to have them fixed. Chichi fixed my nails, no problem. Except when I got into natural light I realized all my French tips had little bubbles in them. Went back and had my nails repaired for the second time. My French tips are not straight and not capped well. I paid $65 for these, I expect them to be a lot better. I want to give Michael another try because he did do good overall, but ChiChi just rushed through repairing them and they don't look good. read more

First off, it is a beautiful salon. The equipment is clean and organized and good quality. The service was very kind and they did a great job. May of been one of my favorite pedicures ever.
