These people are so rude. My boyfriend's car got towed the other day, and I went to pick it up…read moreyesterday. I wasn't rude to the employees, I had no need to be. The guy at the window was so rude and continuously arguing with me that the address I was giving him was incorrect.. lmao. It wasn't, but I guess that's what the lack of a pursuit of education looks like. He also doesn't know his numbers. When the vehicle arrived I was getting yelled at because the tow man called me "6 or 7 times with no response"... because he was calling the wrong number, because the guy at the window apparently can't differentiate 2 and 7. The guy with the vehicle proceeded to rip chains off the car and in doing so messed the bottom of the car up pretty bad. I'll need to call the manager this week for that. He kept glaring at me and mumbling words under his breath. Maybe he's coming down off of a meth bender? I hope y'all are testing your employees because I know what meth looks like and he looked very methy. Despite everything I still said thank you and I hope you have a nice day and he just kept walking forward without acknowledging me. I understand this can be a frustrating job, but don't take your anger out on people just trying to get their property back. I would seriously advise you start drug testing your employees as it's very obvious they are under the influence of heavy stuff.
