When I went back to discuss the issue, they acknowledged that the complaint was in the system, but the tech did not see it because they are "two different systems" Classic our poor systems are a customer problem type of mentality. I would run far away from this dealership. I brought my vehicle in for minor metal repair and paint on the right rear quarter panel and a simple buff-out on the left. After a week and a half, I arrived to find a dead battery and several dashboard warning lights. While I gave them the benefit of the doubt on the battery, the actual repair work was where the real issues began. Upon closer inspection at home, the bodywork on the right side is visibly wavy, and buffing compound was left all over the panel. Additionally, the right rear door--which was disassembled for the repair--was returned with the keyless entry button non-functional. To top it off, the interior was left a mess from the repair process. It is clear there was no final quality control check. While Charlie agreed to fix the mistakes, the shop refused to provide a rental car while they correct what should have been done right the first time. As a single parent with only one vehicle, being left without transportation due to the shop's own oversight is unacceptable. I hope they step up and provide a loaner while they finish the job; I would be happy to update this review if they do.
