When the locksmith I called arrived, he told me it would be tricky to get into my car. While he was examining my drivers door and window, two other people in the parking lot were observing close by. After some time, one of them asked me if I needed help. At the same time, the other one retrieved a tool from their trunk, came to my passenger door, opened my door for me, put the tool back in their trunk and the two drove away before I could thank them. The locksmith then charged me. The two people who rescued me that day were Mile High Roadside Assistance. I now keep the number for Mile High Roadside Assistance with me. I will absolutely call them the next time I am stranded.

Horrible experience! Horrible customer experience via the manager Tim. My young daughter's car was…read morerunning hot, so we took it into Tim at Goodyear/Nebraska land Tire/Colorado land Tire . They said it was the thermostat which we had suspected, paid them to replace it and they sent us on our way. The day after we had gotten the car back, it overheated on my daughter. We took it back and they said that it must've been a faulty thermostat and said they replaced it again and sent us on our way the second time. Again, it overheated. Took the vehicle into another shop and they confirmed a bad thermostat after we had already paid to have it replaced by Tim and gave him the vehicle 3 times to fix it. Tim then proceeded to tell us it wasn't the thermostat after all, we needed the water pump replaced. This is a newer Ford Explorer, not hard to diagnose, yet they somehow missed the "correct" diagnosis the few times. Bad mouthed the other shop. Tim also needs to understand that customers in his shop can overhear him cussing and badmouthing customers when he is on the phone. Will be contacting Better Business Bureau, but hoping to save others from this frustration and loss of money.
