He said he had one customer ahead of me, but would pick up my car in about an hour. I took a ride share to work and left a spare key for the tow guy. Got a call at the designated pick-up time and was informed the battery in the spare key was dead, thus the car could not be put into neutral for the tow. I felt like an idiot and felt so bad for wasting their time. "No problem" I was told by the patient dispatch fella. I took a ride share back to my home and replaced the dead key with another, called Four Seasons to let them know it was there, and the driver returned a couple hours later to pick up my car. They sent me a photo of my car on the trailer with a time stamp and delivered it swiftly to the mechanic with no issues. I was incredibly grateful for their patience, professionalism, and very reasonable cost for the service. It made my day less stressful than I anticipated. I highly recommend Four Seasons Towing and will use them again if needed.

When I arrived at 10:15 the next day, Dave was already waiting for me. Dave was off the charts amazing. He assessed the problem, and then carefully went to work, lifting the boat and trailer onto his flatbed. We were both stressed, knowing that the trailer barely fit the flatbed and that the wheel could break off at any point. Once the boat was on the trailer, he meticulously tied everything down, including the wheel that was about to fall off. I met him at the trailer repair place, and Dave showed as much precaution and expertise in offloading the boat and trailer as he did in getting it on his flatbed.
