Debbie was awesome to work with and helped walk us through how to choose the right fixtures. Our contractor erroneously advised us to purchase approximately 15 more box of tiles which we then purchased but soon realized that we only needed 3 more boxes. We had contacted Exquisite Tile and they accepted the return of the unused boxes. Should we have returned the boxes, we were notified to receive some sort of remittance but we have not received anything. Three months later, we have not received any remittance for the boxes that we had returned. Three weeks ago, we were promised to receive some compensation for the returned tiles but as of today we have not received any nor have we received any communication.

He gave me what I considered to be a fair price per square foot (based on my research of average pricing for wood floor refinishing) over the phone and was able to meet me that same day to get exact measurements. He was very accommodating to my schedule understanding that I wasn't currently living in the apartment and needed some extra travel time. The meeting was efficient and painless. He asked all the right questions and did not waste my time. He took down my email address and told me that he would email me the estimate. I needed this job to be done asap and he assured me that he could start the work on Monday and be done in 2 days. Sure enough later that evening he sent me the estimate via email. Richard was the only person to send me estimated costs in advance, provide me with images to consider finishes before hand. He was on time to the initial site meeting to take measurements and provide a detailed estimate. He was approachable, replied to emails quickly and gave me a sense of confidence that won him the job. I eliminated one company for missing the initial meeting (he called to say he'd be 2 hours late - this is unacceptable to me). I had them remove a partial wall, patch what was left over, and sand and refinish the floors. The guys on the site were great, punctual and reliable. They provided on site samples of the finishes for me to make a selection. (I would ask for this in advance if you want to see multiple colors/tones). The job took 4 days from start to finish, and was completed on time, as promised. Richard's price was competitive and the work was well done. They were respectful and listened to my concerns, described the work in detail and let me know what they would work on each day. I feel confident in recommending them to anyone. I will consult them again when I am ready to do more work. They are great.
