Our first experience was with having an oriental rug cleaned, which I was very nervous about due to the delicate nature of those types of rugs (and it was quite expensive). Vic was very friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable upon my initial questions. We had the rug taken to their location to be "deep cleaned", and I must say it was like a brand new rug when he brought it back! They did an amazing job! I didn't realize how shabby it must have been, until we saw it cleaned. The rug came back with no quality issues at all. After our first experience, we have always come to All Purpose for any cleaning services because of the great service and fair pricing. Vic is great with communication and always extremely reliable. Fair pricing and great quality aside, Vic seems like such a nice guy and a good business man, which as a small business owner myself- I appreciate. We went to several big box stores - it was a disaster. We spoke with smaller niche contractors - they all wanted triple what we were willing to pay. We stopped in to see Bruce on a Saturday (he is closed Sunday) and he spent an hour with us going over options. Before we left he suggest we take a piece of tile home to ensure it would work with our other items. He told me he would call me on Monday with pricing. Monday morning - at about 10am, the phone rings - its Bruce! Imagine that, a contract who actually calls you back!! Needless to say we will absolutely do business with him again in the future.

We just finished a kitchen renovation and used Bruce to source quartzite, fabricate and install our new countertops. They are beautiful and the quality of his work will exceed the expectations of the most discerning customers. He also helped us remove our old backsplash and select a glass tile to coordinate with the countertops and meet our goals of brightening and lightening up of the kitchen which again, has worked perfectly.
