I thought that the beds were really expensive but I also know that they are very well made. my last mattress was less than a thousand but only lasted five years. this one can be flipped and from the reviews seems like it will last much longer. the full was delivered the next day but the 3/4 we put on hold because they needed exact measurements. this bed frame was built in the 1700s when nothing was standard. it took a month and a half before we were ready to have them make it. after they delivered it they sent me a huge bill for an invoice that i had already paid. i was worried about this, because i had paid so far in advance. another company did this to me and they are still sending me bills ten years later and i have to check my credit report constantly and have on cue a legal argument in case they do, because they wound't fix it. these guys fixed the problem right away and apologized for sending me bills for a month. a lot of companies don't do this kind of service anymore and customers fall through the cracks, so for all these reasons i keep my five star rating.

We encountered other employees as well and all were friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. We weren't sure about the exact material and color we wanted so they presented several options and explained the pros and cons of each material choice. We decided on a medium brown leather. They met every timeline and commitment they made to us. We couldn't be happier with our chairs. The finished product is high quality and fits in perfectly with our snack bar area. I asked David if he charged extra for pet treatment - and he said no, it was a flat rate (which I have never experienced - I usually get charged a hefty fee for having pets). David pre-treated the carpets, and then cleaned the carpets. He does not use harsh detergents, so no residue is left in the carpet. The carpets dried within 3-4 hours and they look brand new. No stains! Yay!! I most definitely would highly recommend David!!
