Most railing companies said that they couldn't do it. MetalArc was one of the few willing to accept the challenge and the unknowns that came with it. They worked hard to understand my vision and priorities. I am very particular in what I want and don't want. They respected that and were not put off by it. They are very, very kind people. The project gave them challenges beyond their expectations, but they were patient and stuck with it each time. I am thrilled with the final result. On my end, there were a few challenges as well. I had to be extremely patient with the schedule. The project was bid at a flat rate, however, they increased it when they had a better understanding of the project. This was after I was already committed and had made a large deposit. I was frustrated by that because I thought the project was clear from the beginning since I had a picture of what I wanted to replicate. The payment installments were confusing and, as things took longer, they added new installments. I had to be firm that the final installment would be paid when the project was done. They had a few employees turnover which directly impacted my project. All but one did great work; but the one caused some major hiccups as did the transitions in general. We finished the project as a team. The results are beautiful. We are on good terms. We are planning to work together again, thankfully on a much more straightforward project!

Contrary to Don N's review, I found that Robert was pretty good about getting back to me. It wasn't super fast contact, but I reached out to Robert in the morning about a sink replacement and he got back to me at the end of the day. I get it - the guy is busy! After a little back and forth, he came by to check out the scope of the work: everyone I talked to said replacing an undermount sink would require removing my whole countertop and attaching the sink and no one wanted to do it. So, I did my own research and saw that it could be done without all the work everyone suggested. But when I ran into some problems, I called Robert. I contacted him on a Thursday morning and Robert agreed to come at 9 am on Monday morning. He showed up early at 8:30 on Monday! Anyway, when he came by to check out the job, he was reluctant at first, but then I explained to him that I understood the risk and that I wanted to move ahead with his help. He agreed, and a week later, he just finished doing the install of my sink (by the way, he was early again!! The videos that I saw on Youtube had very creative solutions to holding the sink in place while it dried, but Robert's solution was a lot more secure. I'm still waiting for the adhesive to set, but in the meantime, I've very happy with the quality of Robert's work and his professionalism. He's a very nice guy and does incredible work at a very reasonable price! I highly recommend Robert! I hope I don't regret recommending him, because I want him all to myself! read more

We had Roberto put a laminate floor in our living room. I would have simply staggered the cuts if I had done it myself, but he stair-stepped them for a more stable floor. The extra cuts made more work for him and his assistant, but he charged a flat fee for the job instead of an hourly rate. He insisted on doing it right, even if it took more effort. Anyway, the job was still done by early afternoon, he charged a very reasonable fee, and we love our new floor. Bravo! read more

From the start I liked working with the Owner George Bebekas. On time for appointments, easy to communicate with, fair pricing and best of all the workmanship was incredible!! It's so hard to find someone these days that checks all the boxes of a desired contractor. Roman and Antonio were amazing brick layers . The mortar color matched and the workmanship perfect!! I can't say enough about George and his crew!! I would not hesitate to refer him or hire him again!
