I was stranded on May 9th was supposed to pick me up 922pm no show from 1st driver darrell S. Stated he was at my location at 110am he was at wrong location had to call dispatch would call me back. He didn't then call your dispatcher Rosie spoke to twice. Rude and cuss at me. Made a complaint with Triple AAA. In process. The 2nd driver called at 122am said if he can put car in yard over night. No thank you called Triple AAA. But he e ed up coming at 233am Was on phone with supervisor from Triple A when he arrived. It document it. I got home at 3:45am. My husband d need his medication hours ago and we are both handicapped. Stuck in the middle of nowhere for more than six hours. Employees rude unprofessional expect jesse. Screenshot everything, even when Darrell butt dial me, especially when I gave him my location. He got lost for his entire shift. Must be nice getting payed for a job not completed. When the stores in town didn't have the parts I needed, he went with me to Tehachapi and took me to his home-shop to find the needed parts and make it work. Dave was friendly and talkative, and was understanding of me being on a budget. I really appreciate his dedication to getting the job done despite it being his 'day off'.
