AAA referred me to Ibarras Towing and I got in contact with Vince. He discussed different options with me and was going to have his cousin open up his tire shop in Mojave. I told him I was about an hour out from Mojave but was willing to make the drive and have to come all the way back to my trailer. Instead, he did some research for me and found a local Tractor Supply that had full spares on hand. Talk about honesty and quick thinking. Instead of being stuck out in 100 degree weather with my one year old all day I was back on the road in an hour. Can't thank him enough for being honest and getting me out of a bad situation in a hurry. If you end up getting a tow from them just know your belongings are getting taken care of by people that are honest and take pride in their business.

He had very limited cell service, but I was able to look up towing in the area and find Ibarra's towing and he was able to find my brother and help him jumpstart his car and get him out of where he was. Once my brother was back on the road, he even called me to let me know because he knew I was a worried big sister. THANK YOU Vincent!!!! You're amazing! 10/10 - BEST 4x4 recovery in the area! Fair, honest, responsive and helpful when we needed it the most.

Had an impound and was being charged…read more$535.50 for 1.5 hours of work and was told it was towed 22 miles from LOC-1605 W ROSAMOND BLVD ROSAMOND, CA 93560 to DEST- R&J TOWING LANCASTER YARD 42302 8TH ST E LANCASTER, CA...................................when our Goldstar GPS told us that it was a day later than they claimed (they charge $78 a day) and in fact it DID NOT get towed 22 miles. It got towed 1.5 miles to DEST-R&J TOWING ROSAMOND, CA 1733 SIERRA HWY ROSAMOND, CA 93560.........................1.5 miles for $535.50 was not changed. Got the supervisor who started yelling at me about a condition report (reports i do everyday and do NOT take an hour an a half) I attempted to be reasonable. They would not. They have your car and will not release or give up that vehicle until you pay for cost that they cannot and will not explain. Again if you value you wallet and money AVOID THIS PLACE at all cost. I've included the bills and highlighted area. They may have made a couple of bucks off this one. That is well worth the review for us..............hopefully it helps someone in the future make a decision. (still dont have that "condition report"......hard to do without a key that we have in Florida....) CUSTOMERS IF YOU LOOK THROUGH THE PICTURES YOU WILL SEE THIS COMPANY HAS AN ADDRESS ON 8TH ST AND CHARGES FOR THAT LOCATION EVEN IF THE VEHICLE IS TAKEN ELSEWHERE. Why you ask? Not sure why it took AAA so long but when Leo arrived from Castro with a large flatbed truck, you couldn't ask for a more courteous and professional experience. He got our Volvo onto the flatbed quickly and gave me and my family a ride back all the way from Mojave to our home in LA. It was such a pleasant journey with very safe driving and friendly conversation -- he even helped me out with my Spanish which I've been studying. What a stellar young man!
