First, we were told the used turbo they installed was faulty. Insurance approved and paid for a replacement. Then we were told the catalytic converter was damaged due to the failed turbo -- insurance paid for that as well. When we were supposed to pick up the car again, there was no communication. After we followed up, we were suddenly told by Jessica the engine is now blown, allegedly due to damage from the turbo failure. Insurance denied that claim. Jessica stated she did not trust her own mechanic and wanted Ford to provide a second opinion, repeatedly assuring us nothing would be out of pocket. However, we later received a call from the dealership after they towed it there saying we would now need to authorize and pay until fault was determined -- completely contradicting what we were told. Communication has been inconsistent and unprofessional. At one point Jessica spoke negatively about her own mechanic, then later changed her position. When we asked for clarification, she was loud, argumentative, and accusatory instead of helpful. We have been without our vehicle for months and still lack clear answers or full documentation. I would strongly caution anyone considering this shop. I don't know how this shop was rated best in the AV! No manager has reached out to us during this process and their employee Jessica is rude, yells at customers, and hangs up the phone rather than take any accountability for the failed information she provided. We are still waiting for Jose the manager to contact us. Jessica stated we can talk to him or we can come into office to talk to her directly which we took as a threat. I am Looking into an attorney if things do not get resolved or explained and would recommend any shop then this one if you can!!

I informed the individual that I wasn't sure if I wanted the work done because I truly didn't care enough, (I'll be trading this car in, and the milage is over 100000). I also informed them I didnt care about any paint chips as most of the paint was simply paint transference from the hit. The quote I recieved was $4200. For light dent removal. I have had my entire front door, headlight, side mirror and front panels completely destroyed in the past and was quoted literally in 5k and had it all replaced and looking brand new. The quote I recieved here was absolutely outrageous. Don't get me wrong, I'm sure they probably do great work as there are many positive reviews, if your insurance is fronting the bill or if you don't have to worry financially as much. If you're someone who prefers to budget more and recieve high quality work, this is probably not the place for you. I have attached photos of before the quote and after when I buffed out the paint transference myself with hand sanitizer and my fingernails. Wishing you the best.

They didn't, I sued in small claims and won. I got hit in a parking lot and took it to Sam's the same day. I received outstanding treatment. Unfortunately, I made the mistake of not using them first. The owner, Pedro and his crew, did an absolutely fantastic job. Red metallic clear coat paint matches perfectly with undamaged areas. No evidence of any damage. His crew even fixed a few other minor scratches not part of the accident. It took awhile, about three months, but this was due to a lack of parts in the inventory and parts had be ordered from Japan. Not their fault. I have used this shop on the past and always had excellent results. Would highly recommend this body shop to others.

Took it back a week later because the issue continued to get worse - I asked about tie rods and ball joints and was told it was most likely my tires. I subsequently took the truck to All American Automotive on south street. They quickly diagnosed that Scott's changed the track bar but not the associated bushings as well as bad tie rods. Issue resolved. I called Scott's to let them know they failed to change the bushings as well and I had to pay labor a second time for someone else to complete the job...they couldn't have cared less.

There was no damage or cracks in the paint from the dent. So, it was a pointless job. It took me a lot of calls to find Ryan. He did an amazing job. It was like a miracle bestowed on me. Not only was he a really nice guy, he took his time with precision every step of the way. He is the professional you want. Trust me. I paid out of pocket for a dent on a high end vehicle. I…read morestopped by one afternoon to get an estimate on re-painting one door of my car that had been previously worked on by a mobile dent removal/paint guy, and the roof because the clear coat was wearing out due to sun damage. It wasn't looking good and I plan to keep the car for another five years or so, so I figured I should look into this. Marcos took a look at the areas that needed work, then brought me into his office. He typed up some information in the computer and got me a quote within 10 or 15 minutes, no problem. The cost was about what I expected and I didn't even bother getting a second opinion. Based on the number of great reviews on Moises, I figured I had found the right place. I scheduled a time to drop the car off on a Monday morning hoping I would only have to rent a car until Friday. They literally got to work right away, sending me photos of the car being worked on by noon. It turned out that the mobile dent guy had done some pretty shoddy work underneath his paint job, and that I would need a new door skin as well if I wanted the car to really look its best. Marcos was honest and said I didn't have to go this route, and could keep it the way it was, but it wouldn't look as good. It would be ok, and better than it currently looked, but if I wanted it pristine, I should consider the new door skin. I figured I'm going this far, so we might as well do it right. The car was ready by Friday afternoon as promised, even though they had to order a new door skin which was not in the plan. When I picked the car up Friday, it looked perfect. In fact, the whole car looked fantastic. The paint was blended perfectly. I feel so much better about this car now. One added bonus to all of this is that Marcos noticed my magnet on the back of the car that says "I [heart] my dachshund," and Marcos mentioned he also has two dachshunds. I always know I can trust a dachshund lover. The only problem is that Marcos is an LAFC fan, and as I am a huge LA Galaxy fan, it was difficult to accept this!
