Working on a property in the Bay Area and I Made a couple calls to have some trash hauled and wasn't able to get ahold of anyone . So I headed back , as soon as I was passing Berkeley my phone rang and it was Castro's , I def wasn't up for turning around but he offered to go take care of the Job and I could just sent him the money using what ever app was convenient for me . So at first of course this sounds to good to be true but then he says he will take pictures of before and after and I pay him when he's done . So that definitely worked for me , he originally bid $600 just off of the pictures I sent him which I knew was pretty cheap for all of the trash that was at the property, so then we he called and told me it would be a couple hundred more and apologized for the Miscommunication I had no problem with paying him the difference. The work turned out to be second to none and I am very happy with the communication provided especially considering I was located in Sacramento at the time the work was taking place . We were able to set up a same day appointment and I got regular updates on an ETA. This is one of the worst hauling company that I hired no type of respect I think they woke up in the other side of the bed or something they did a horrible job so I had them take out a bed out my room and they end up braking 2 of my lamps and didn't tell me nothing until I notice it that it was on the floor all broken and Castro is going to have the balls to tell me it wasn't them and when they were taking out the bed they left scratches on my door and the little kid I think he around 12 wasn't working hard they didn't clean up the mess they did worst hauling company and they arrive to my house late super late Castro was in a bad moon don't hire this company I say you guys have a man do the job not a little boy like him like why make a company if you aren't going to treat them good!! read more

Wanted them to pick up some furniture and scheduled for a Friday at 5:30. Which turned into 7 and then 8:30. My mother's assisted living place doesn't allow visitors after 8 so I told him I would find another company. He was very responsive and offered a discount for the inconvenience but getting the furniture hauled away was the urgent part. I thought his original quote was reasonable.
