I get all my tires done here. I've used them a dozen times. Fair price , no upsell, fast installation. But the last installation of four tires on my Chevy Bolt was done wrong and they put the wheels back on in the wrong order. This resulted in my tire pressure sensor system having an error. When I went back for the to put the wheels on correctly, the guy ( not the owner) said he would have to reprogram the system and charge me. Guess I'm done getting tires here. read more

Visited to request a tire repair after noticing I had a small leak. The employee removed my tire, looked at it for five minutes in the bucket of water, and didn't find the leak. He then put the tire back on my car and charged me $10. I took the car to another shop, and they found the leak and repaired the tire. It was apparently a difficult leak to find, but nonetheless, it was clearly possible. I just don't appreciate being sent away with no fix and also charged $10 for wasting my time. read more

Wow! These guys are great! You never plan on a flat and when it happens on a holiday weekend with a few hours left in the day....what do you do? I turned to Yelp and went to Costco. It was terrible. I called two other tire places and finally called Castroville for help and with an hour left in the business day they said come on! Bring it in! His guys helped me immediately and even with an active five year older it was no big deal. I will now be bringing my vehicles here. They have great prices, hard working employees and kind owner. You can pay a deposit over the phone to order your specific tires and then go in for install. Again super fast service and reasonable prices. I got some tires here recently and have been satisfied with the overall experience. I have gotten some tires here before and must say that they have been pretty consistent. They are quick and straight forward with no bull sh*t. I like that when people are working on my car. They are quick with the install and offer good price. They do not offer great quality but they do keep their prices down. If you are looking for performance tires and upper end rubber this is not the place for you. If you want a average tire for a average car (like my commuter) then this place is perfect. read more

I needed new tires for my boat trailer. Went in a day in advance and spoke to Miguel who told me no problem, bring your boat in on Saturday morning, we have six tires in the size and load range you need, and we will take care of it for you. My boat is on a triple axle trailer and is 30' long so I was concerned about space to do the job. Saturday morning at 9:30am when they open, Miguel was there and helped back me into a large space next to his shop. He and two other tire technicians had all six tires removed, reinstalled and ready to go in one hour! Wheel studs were lubricated and he helped me out with a wheel lock for my spare. Well the story begins with my tire blowing out while on HWY 1 enroute to backpacking in Big Sur. I called multiple places for a new or used 19" tires. Caesar happened to be the only one carrying them and for a terrific price too. Got towed over there and they took care of me right away. Being delayed from the blowout we were afraid we weren't going to make it so Caesar was even nice enough to offer camping alternatives. Small but efficient place. A great local business. I've taken two flats in for service and gotten a set of tires for a car. Each time I was given prompt, accurate and friendly advice and recommendations. The repairs were done daggone near immediately. The wheels and tires put back on the car properly (wheels set on the studs, lug nuts hand started, tightened slowly with an air wrench and the set with a torque wrench!)
