This was my first experience with spray tanning. Stupidly I did it the day before I was going to my nephew's wedding. The tan was truly awful. I was orange and oranger in some places than others. Several places were missed altogether and it was uneven and streaky, though I followed all the directions before and after. My skin is really light and old and the tan was very dark on my feet and hands and elbows and striped as well. Never again. read more

I am from out of town spending the summer with my family in Hammond. I had an incredible experience with Echo today! She gave me exceptional service that I have not received elsewhere. I had grey roots covered, highlights, and a trim. She gave my husband a haircut while my color was processing. The shampoo was a lengthy head massage for each of us. We almost fell asleep. She gave special treatments to our hair that is part of her regular service. The salon is full service and we can't wait to try some of those other services! read more

I had my haircut by Echo on a Friday. After looking at the front of my hair all weekend I didn't care for it and wanted to go back in to have her taper my front sides more. I left a message on Monday, no call back. Called again twice more during the week. The third time I got a hold of the owner who said Echo would call me back. Still no phone call. I tried one more time left a message and decided to give up and just write this review. So if you're not pleased with your haircut don't bother trying to go back and get it fixed as they will not respond. The experience was very frustrating, and made me a bit angry as I gave her a 20% tip and thought she would have the courtesy to call me back. read more

Came from out of town looking for a same-day spray tan. I called the salon several times and left a voicemail. This was the only place in town that had a spray tan booth. When I arrived, the door was locked as there was only one person working in the middle of a treatment. Desperately, I waited outside a few minutes and a woman came over and unlocked the door (I assume returning from lunch). When I ask for a spray tan she said there's only one person who knows how to operate the booth and it's her day off. I had my engagement photos later that day (my fault for waiting) and am nearly in tears. As I'm leaving I notice canned tanner and ask about it. She sells me a bottle and the day is saved (hence 3 stars). More people should be trained on how to operate the versa tan booth and be available to take customers, especially during tourist season (4th of July week). read more

I can't say enough about this salon. Darla has done my hair for as long as I can remember. She owns the business, she works there daily, and she is absolutely great at what she does. I don't let anyone else touch my hair. When I lived two hours away for two years, I would still make the drive every few months to come see Darla. She does wonders to my freakishly think and super long hair. The salon is always super clean, and pretty! Brandi does great nails and Suzi can give you anything from a spray tan to a massage, to a facial. Its awesome! read more

Brandy knows how to do nails! I've been to many places but Brandy far surpasses them all! My nails are ready for the 4th of July! Oh, and plan on booking an appointment in advance; she's booked out for weeks. Well worth the wait! I always feel uncomfortable when I get my nails done at other places I've been but with Brandy I was comfortable! Extra kudos for that! I hope I can find someone like Brandy in Arizona. I've been having Brandy do my nails, Darla do my hair and Suzy do my facials for YEARS. I love them all! Darla has a real eye for the "right" look. My dye is perfection and my cuts are always precise. Brandy does my nails and I can't say enough about her. She does gel nails for me because of a health issue and then layers on gel polish. The polish jobs are always perfect and artistic and I get so many compliments! Suzy does everything, brows, tanning, facials, and when she's done, I feel like a million $$$ (and it costs a small fraction of that!)! read more
