This location really should've been allowed to start a new Yelp page after they moved the store…read morefrom Langhorne to Fairless Hills, because I've seen so much improvement. I had been to the Langhorne store many times during the 9 or 10 years that it was there, and both the clothes and the customer service were spotty, at best. However, since they've moved the store to a much larger spot in Fairless Hills, I've seen vast improvements. First and foremost, their new location is at least triple the size of the old one. The aisles are spaced out and I don't feel like I'm right on top of other shoppers like I did at the old store. The new location is also more family friendly, as the aisles are now large enough to bring strollers down. Furthermore, it seems as though they are being more selective about the clothes and accessories that they buy, which is a good thing. At the old store, I often found clothes with stains, holes, or that just generally looked very worn. It appears that they donated many clothes before the move and also stockpiled new, name-brand items for awhile before the move, too, since most of their clothes now appear to be in good condition. In fact, during the opening weekend, I found many name-brand styles (Nike, VS Pink, American Eagle, etc.) that were New with tags still attached. Finally, their customer service has improved recently. The employees are much more upbeat and helpful than the ones of the past. Plato's, keep up the good work. You can only go up from here.

Staff is extremely rude and dismissive. It's okay if they don't purchase any of your clothes to…read moresell... but to steal stuff is something else. I came home to find an Eagles t-shirt missing and an Under Armour hoodie with tags.

Most seem annoyed especially if you need alterations or adjustments. The "white" rental shirt was not white and it was wrinkled at pickup. We starched and ironed it ourselves. There is a $20 surcharge if there are any changes like different shoes, even if the item does not have to be FedExed. I wouldn't return here after our experience. Adding: after this review and one hour after putting on the suit, the button popped off!!! The suit also only came with 2 button covers for the shirt. Three buttons were visible when the jacket was buttoned so a third button cover should've been in the package. The covers were not used because it looked unfinished with only 2 covers. These details are something that experienced men's suit retailers and rentals businesses should be looking for.

Long time customer here, recently I came in for a new suit. The salesperson was excellent and eager…read moreto help. I had to get some alterations done. Fast forward 2 weeks. I come into the store and no one seemed interested in helping me. So I interrupted a conversation by two employees who were sitting down talking. I got the suit and tried it on to make sure alterations were correct, as I spent almost $100 on them. Well the sleeves of the suit were 2 different lengths and both were at least an inch short. So now I needed to make a return trip, very inconvenient. When I returned the 2nd time to try on my suit, the older man who assisted me had a real attitude. I asked if they stopped giving you the cheap suit hanger bag, he said they are now $3 if I want one. Mind you this is my 2nd trip and a big waste of my time. You would think they would just throw it in. Nope. Had to ask the guy to just put a plastic bag on it before I took it out of the store. He was very condescending. Not sure I'll be back to men's warehouse. Btw, this was the 7th suit I've purchased from them.

Old Navy in Fairless Hills, Pa., is an accurate representation of the bottom rung of the Gap…read moreEmpire. Not quite the quality of Gap stores. Not quite the attractiveness of the consumer experience. Yet, certainly not the price range, either. So, if you generally like Gap's line of clothing, but prefer it at steep discounts to the going price upstream, then Old Navy will float your boat. Of course, there is a price to pay for shopping in an outlet world where the products are made to be inferior to those of the mothership. More shlock. More returns. More unkempt piles of clothing that don't get put back on the right shelves or racks by the understaffed, overworked employees. Patience and a keen eye will uncover a few gems worth finding, and the rotating discounts that perpetually run through the store make each visit potentially rewarding. There is always a line waiting to use the dressing rooms, and a longer queue for the cashiers. It is all part of the gestalt imbued in Old Navy. If you like TJ Maxx, Ross or Marshall's, you probably already know that Old Navy sails the same seas. Some days I can enjoy the lost hour spent in this rummage sale. Other days, my mood resists. Take Old Navy for what it is worth, and for how much coin you can save, if not how much time you may waste.
