The attitude of some of the employees is that you are at this location to make them happy, rather than the other way around. Most seem annoyed especially if you need alterations or adjustments. The "white" rental shirt was not white and it was wrinkled at pickup. We starched and ironed it ourselves. There is a $20 surcharge if there are any changes like different shoes, even if the item does not have to be FedExed. I wouldn't return here after our experience. Adding: after this review and one hour after putting on the suit, the button popped off!!! The suit also only came with 2 button covers for the shirt. Three buttons were visible when the jacket was buttoned so a third button cover should've been in the package. The covers were not used because it looked unfinished with only 2 covers. Long time customer here, recently I came in for a new suit. The salesperson was excellent and eager to help. I had to get some alterations done. Fast forward 2 weeks. I come into the store and no one seemed interested in helping me. So I interrupted a conversation by two employees who were sitting down talking. I got the suit and tried it on to make sure alterations were correct, as I spent almost $100 on them. Well the sleeves of the suit were 2 different lengths and both were at least an inch short. So now I needed to make a return trip, very inconvenient. When I returned the 2nd time to try on my suit, the older man who assisted me had a real attitude. I asked if they stopped giving you the cheap suit hanger bag, he said they are now $3 if I want one. Mind you this is my 2nd trip and a big waste of my time. You would think they would just throw it in. Nope. Had to ask the guy to just put a plastic bag on it before I took it out of the store. He was very condescending. Newly renovated Men's Warehouse opened recently in Lincoln Plaza, Langhorne, PA, close by Oxford Valley Mall. We stopped in looking for a suit for my stepson, who had secured a promotion at work and wanted to upgrade his wardrobe with new threads. Although the store is fairly large, the actual in store suit selection was meagre. Admittedly, the young man is tall and thin (6'3", 160 lbs.), but to have only two dark colored suits on the rack was disappointing to say the least. In fact, they had nothing in his size. Our salesperson did her best to make something work, by mixing and matching pants and jacket in one size larger to approximate his actual measurements. Ultimately, we were able to determine the right sizes, which then had to be ordered for shipping to our home. Luckily, I know a guy good with needle and thread. The shop seemed to have plenty of dress shirts and ties, as well as a reasonable supply of casual ware. Yet, they were bereft of more formal work clothes for the professionals in the crowd. Don't know if this is a decision by management based on actual marketing data, or just a supply chain issue, but given that this brand used to advertise to the well dressed male, it is hard to comprehend how far from that image Men's Warehouse has fallen. Perhaps, this is more evidence of new pandemic workplace realities, but some people still have to go to work and dress for success. Recently purchased a suit for my significant other at the Langhorne, pa store. They had to order a pair of pants for the jacket, which was in stock. The pants came in quickly and we went in a week later for fitting the alterations needed. We were given a pick up date three weeks later; with a ticket that indicated I could pick up at "6pm" on Oct 9. I called that afternoon to confirm the pick up time- hoping maybe ready a tad earlier in day. Nope- I was told it was "on the rack" for the single tailor in the store--- and it would not be ready until "7:30-8:30 pm" and they closed at 9pm. The young woman i spoke with made it sound like this was no big inconvenience; without checking if I could go along with a new pick up time I had no control over anyway. I chose to wait and pick the suit up when the store opened Sunday morning; annoyed as can be. Annoyed that the store gives you no option but to ignore the p/u time promised three weeks ago! For God's sake, hire more help and honor the time frames you give out in black and white!!!! To make matters worse, in the middle of the event my guy wore the suit to, we noticed two pale white chalk marks on the jacket-- obvious leftovers from the fitting! Wow!! Never again. $400... they don't honor the time you counted on to get your garments. Then they let ya go to a formal event wearing chalk! Lovely. My fiancé and I are getting married Sept 2023 and we needed to get his suit situated for him and his 4 groomsmen. Aside from the stress of wedding planning I didn't know where to start and came into the store very stressed! Nick was extremely kind and calmed our nerves right away with his calm demeanor. He let us see every color option that popped into our mind. He gave us his opinions without dismissing ours. He was knowledgeable and extremely helpful!! We left there feeling like we had 20 pounds off of our shoulders! Now if possible we only want to go there if Nick is there. I would recommend this location and Nick to anyone! Run...far away from this place if you want your Tux to look great & fit. Went to pick up my husband's tux for our daughter's wedding, that is in 2 days. Pants were way too long, jacket was the wrong size, shoes were a nine instead of a ten, jacket was wrinkled, vest was grey...not black.....so pretty much the entire tux was wrong. We leave for the hotel tomorrow, so now my husband has to wear a suit & we are running around looking for a tie to match my gown. So very disappointed in this business!!!! Went to pick up my Fiancés suit yesterday for our wedding on Saturday and the suit looked horrible. The jacket was too small and the pants looked like bell bottoms. When ordering the suit they claimed to take "custom measurements," clearly they don't. On top of everything the staff doesn't care. The guy in the front thinks he's suave and gave attitude the second we walked in. The manager/seamstress's recommendation to us was to shorten his pants so he looked like a 5 year old that he grew out of his suit. The younger guy huffed and puffed anytime we asked a question or if he had to do any work. To be honest this place is unacceptable. The staff is unacceptable, and there business practices are unacceptable. If you want to look like you found your suit on the street this is the place for you. Not one employee greeted us or even came over to ask if we needed help. Finally my boyfriend asked an employee for help who said he couldn't help us and we would need to wait. After waiting 30 minutes and standing in the middle of the store, the other employee on the floor walked by us multiple times and then started helping another customer. We walked out and do not plan on returning. It was evident we were not a priority and they did not care if we made a sale. I went to this store with my fiancé to pick up a suit that he had gotten custom made for a wedding as well as a pair of custom pants. He spent over $700 for these items, which he paid for when he placed the order. Today when we went to pick up the order we discovered that the vest he had ordered with the suit had not been ordered. That was disappointing, and the attendant made no attempt to rectify the stores mistake. We also wanted to buy a dress shirt. At check out we requested to use the $20 off $100 coupon since he had spent so much money. They said that since the custom order had already been paid for they could not apply the coupon to the dress shirt. I'm very disappointment by this response considering how much we spent at this store and how much business we gave them. It seems pretty simple to take a $20 or give some sort of discount if that coupon could not be used. What's worse is that the checkout workers seemed not to care at all. I really wish to give no stars! My fiancé went to look for a suit a few weeks back & complained how she was treated when she walked in. That nobody greeted her or just treated her like a inconvenience. So yesterday during the day I wanted to see for myself since our wedding is in October & we need suits for women & men!!! So I walked in with an open mind & an older gentleman who worked there looked us in the eye, walked passed us & said nothing. Then as we walked around trying to help ourselves for 10 minutes. The same older gentleman finally asked if we needed anything so I asked a few questions & he pointed us to the back of the store where 2 younger gentleman were working with 2 other groups of people... we stood there for a while when a line started to form so one of the younger busier gentleman says to us " are you being helped & if you're waiting then the guy upfront can help you" so we went to say he sent us back here to you!! So we were very uncomfortable so we decided to leave. As we walked out the older gentleman who just stood up at the front the whole time & did nothing went to say " sorry as you can see we're very busy today" but did not want to help us as he did nothing. We have had good experiences here prior but we just got married this past weekend and the best man and the father of the groom received incorrect suits the day before our wedding. They gave the best man a vest that stopped above his belly button and pants that were a 39 waist and 2 inches too short, even though he was measure correctly. Anyway, Angel helped us at first as other were busy, but once a salesman was free, he was able to hand us over to Cody. Angel was very nice and helpful. Cody was a brilliant person to work with. I have rented 5 tuxedos from here over the past 3 years. They staff is helpful. The only issue is you are almost always guaranteed to have to get something reordered as they always get the size of something wrong which means multiple trips to the store. Purchased a suit last year from Men's Wearhouse. Right from the beginning I had a problem. I picked a suit out they suggested, paid for it and had it tailored. The next week when I picked up the suit and tried it on it didn't fit. A salesman told me the suit it not for my body style and that I picked the wrong suit. I almost freaked and I guess he could see it on my face. Another salesmen came over and chalked it up then sent it back out for tailoring . I went back a few days latter and tried it on, it was ok not perfect but worked. A few months later I blew the seat out. I went back up to buy a new pair and told me they couldn't help out, they can't break up a suit. So I'm out $600.00 plus One star for from me. read more

I rented a tux for my son. The staff was rude and stuck up. They forgot to put my sons vest in the bag . I had to come all the way back to pick up the vest the day of the wedding. I will never deal with them again!! There customer service is not even worth 1 star. read more
