I have had animals for my whole life! I grew up with a little farm we had horses cats dogs etc so I know animals very well and I have been to many vets in my lifetime! This was the worst experience of my life! I would never bring my baby to that awful place ever again! The vet didn't even touch my cat other than jab him with the shot she said she couldn't listen to his heart or look at anything? Meanwhile they have done things yearly for ten years no problem! Anyway do not ever go waste your animals time and stress to not be showed any love or care or kindness! I will tell everyone I know and all the people I sent there to never go again! I don't want anyone else's babies to go through that treatment ever again! You guys need to be shut down! Idk anyone who would want to bring their babies to a place so full of anger and just unhappy miserable people! Dr.'s offices don't even charge you unless you don't cancel within 24 hours of your appointment. I told them they better damn well refund my full payment or they will be all over the news! They refunded the full amount I paid...funny how that happened, huh! This place is a scam! Their clientele are people who cannot afford the high cost that vets charge and yet they prey on the very people they claim to be helping! I would report them to the state, but this state is so incompetent, it would be a waste of time!

I, unfortunately, have a dog with a moderate/aggressive form of cancer who is receiving chemotherapy here. The facility itself and the research aspect is state of the art. Apparently, they are nationally known (also are the largest stand alone oncology clinic for pets in the U.S.) and have received many accolades for the exemplary work they provide to animals (dogs, cats, ferrets, rabbits, etc). Some of the services provided include chemo, radiation, and clinical trials. Their staff and doctors are top notch...educated, kind, and available. I've called on the phone a few times and instead of waiting for a call back, my dog's doctor has picked up immediately to speak to me. Impressive. I was given a wealth of information during my dog's consultation visit, all the pros/cons of each option for his treatment. I also received a few phone calls after that first visit, to answer more questions I might have had and help decide what route to take. Each subsequent visit, I complete a "quality of life" survey about my dog, in addition to his bloodwork, a physical exam, and his chemo treatment. Very thorough. The cost is the only downfall, as with any medical treatment, especially for pets. They don't do payment plans, but do accept pet insurance and offer a credit card type program, to pay off your bill over time, should you need it.

When we moved to Easton, during a repair in the house our dog run out and got attacked by a bypassing dog. She was bleeding. I called our regular vet and they said they can't see us that they and tried to schedule for another day. I googled the closest vet to me and rushed there, walked into their very busy schedule. They didn't know us or our dog yet. They took immediate care. I will never forget. Only a vet who loves and cares for animals try would do that. I am so thankful. Also they are not greedy, money crazy and they will not try to take advantage of you. I highly recommend.
