The entire process was smooth and efficient: I chose the finish, got on the schedule (they were booked about a month out), and waited for installation day. On the day of the install, the team worked quickly and professionally. I was able to work from home without any disruption -- they were that unobtrusive. The only minor downside was the smell from the chemicals, which is expected with epoxy but worth noting. I worked next to the garage, and the smell was intense. My family member also needed a repair on Floorguard work, took 8 months to finally schedule something. You will be calling and chasing this company for work, warranties they clearly cannot commit too. Go elsewhere for this flooring service. The new owner never contacted us, nor did the prior owner to make sure repair was done to our satisfaction. Please do not use them. Horrible customer service, no ability to ensure warranty.
