With most dentists, you're invited back to see what's going on and get a quick update on your kid's progress. Here, that never happens. Once my kid's appointment is done, we're just sent to the front desk to book the next one. No check-in, no explanation of where we are in treatment or what's coming next. I'm sure everything's going fine, but as a parent I'd like to actually be looped in occasionally instead of finding out things secondhand from my child. Great space and team, just wish there was more communication with parents specifically.

Upon arrival, we followed the office's request to call first, and we were welcomed in right away. The nurses and doctors were ready for us, and the entire visit took less than 30 minutes. She promptly sent over the new patient documentation, which, while tedious, is a standard step at any office. The facility is bright, clean, and inviting. My little one was especially fascinated by the fish tank in the lobby, which made waiting a breeze. The staff was incredibly patient and interactive--exactly what you need for a toddler's first dental experience.
