If I could give no stars I would. That has been a back-and-forth struggle since February of this year - 2026. I came to the Dentist on the recommendation of someone close. After the exam, I was told I needed a deep cleaning, a root canal, a crown, and oral surgery for wisdom teeth removal. Besides the wisdom teeth removal, which I was told would be about $147, the prices vary between $685 - $795. I have Insurance and I asked them if this was before or after Insurance coverage. They said after insurance. I made two separate appointments and paid over $300 each for those appointments - just for a deep cleaning. Because money was tight, and I needed to budget and figure out how to make the rest of it work. You go into a dentist office for the first time, trusting that they know what they're doing - not just the job with your teeth, but the billing. Do you know what happened? I called my insurance the next week to get more information about coverage because $685 for deep cleaning did not seem right to me. I called the dentist office for the ADA codes to know what was necessary in case I needed that information. This Dentist was in network, coverage should not be an issue. And I'm told by my insurance that it is covered. 80% covered. I'll state the facts: I was charged two separate amounts totaling over $700, the ADA codes were not submitted correctly to my insurance, a balanced billing complaint was necessary because they refused to refund me, they gave me the runaround. After investigation, it was deemed that a deep cleaning was unnecessary and I had no responsibility to pay. They dragged their heels for a little over a month after the resolution letter came back saying they needed to refund me, my insurance had to call them and ask for that refund on my behalf because I had no patience for their games. Ask for a predetermination. I would have if I had known. Ask for it. Because the billing is hell and this was never supposed to happen but it did. This has been ongoing since February and we're at the end of August. You know what I was supposed to pay for that deep cleaning with insurance coverage? $112.80 by my calculations. See the price difference? I do. So ask for the predetermination if you don't want to take my word for it. Because you can trust, but you must verify. read more

My experience with this office has been amazing so far ! I was searching online for a new dentist to try & with this office being so close to home I was drawn to it. After reading some reviews, I decided to reach out about an appointment through the website & was contacted within less than 24 hours after that. The pricing was reasonable for an exam, cleanings, scan,etc. & they explain all the components & are very open with pricing details & estimates. The staff were all very friendly & were working hard. The office is tidy & has nice decor in the waiting room & even in the bathroom. The quality of care was top notch really. They have some cool technology & it eases the nerves. I was able to get X-rays & scan taken while sitting in the exam chair . The assistant was very nice & thorough with her assessment and with rinsing and polishing my teeth. Dr.Rosi was amazing ! Totally misled by the rave reviews - can't believe everything you read I guess. This experience was a disaster. Promised my mother finished word by 4pm, her dentures weren't back from the lab...yet. Ended up waiting another 1.5 hours on a Friday night to finally receive the relined dentures. Terrible workmanship - gave her and overbite and buck teeth. Went back twice to have them adjusted, ended up unable to eat. Found another dentist who noticed several flaws in the workmanship, fixed them, however he would like a copy of her 3D scan. Shresta's office state they are unable to copy the digital scan. Sounds like a HIPAA violation to me - withholding patient records. Needless to say, a very UNsatisfied customer. read more

Absolutely do not go here. I was given an onlay that had nothing but issues for over a year, and returned multiple times to have it looked at, only to be told over and over that nothing is wrong. Less than 1 year later, after nonstop pain in the area, the onlay FELL OUT. 1 year for the onlay which is meant to last 10! I went to another dentist who after an exam called the work "Entirely Deficient" and showed where it clearly was not attached correctly and where the onlay had cracked & fallen out. 2 hours with the other dentist and the year of problems was corrected that the Crossroads dentist was not able to correct after a half dozen visits. Do not go here under any circumstances for work past cleanings as they lack the skill necessary to provide the results needed. At the end of the day they CAUSED me more pain then they ever solved and then could not fix their mistakes forcing me to go to a competent dentist. PLEASE go elsewhere. read more

The service here is just OKAY. The doctor will speak to you like an idiot child half the time. The main reason I'm leaving a one-star review is that this dentist office called me after 3+ years of not coming in (I've switched providers), and said that I had a general cleaning due. Without listening to the name of the dentist office (I assumed it was my current dentist), they scheduled an appointment with me over the phone. On the phone, I talked about how I missed my last appointment and that I wanted to get my pending cavity work done on the same date as my cleaning. Crickets from the associate on the phone. Didn't bother to say "oh, we haven't seen you in 3 years" or "I don't see what pending work you're talking about". This could have saved me taking time off of work to head into the wrong dentists office. THEN, Crossroads still had the gall to charge me a no-show fee after this mix up. They STILL have my credit card info after all this time? They charge a no-show for THEIR mistake? I will be disputing the CC charge and never doing business here again. read more

This place is a scam, they send you to get a xray with a different company that comes to you. They charge alot just for cleaning. They tell you a estimate of what the insurance will cover and when you pay they end up telling you your insurance didn't cover very much. I switched dentist and now don't have these problems.
