I've gotten lashes done many times and it does not feel as full as the rest of the times I have done them. She was pretty fast though which I appreciated (took less than 45 minutes) and I had extra time on my parking meter! I personally don't think I would go back again because I felt like I did not get the most out of the deal, and their longevity isn't as great as other places. My current lashes (not even a week later) looks as empty has it would at week 2 and I take care of my lashes :/ She was very accommodating though because I had to move my appointment last minute due to an emergency!

I come from a former Soviet country where my technician had a physician's degree and dermatologist training, so it was very hard to find someone equally skilled and sophisticated here in New York. I tried some of those fancy Manhattan places where they overcharged me, scarred me, worked very slowly, and complained that my hair had fair roots and was too light for them to see properly. Virginia exceeded even the high standard set by my first technician. She's fast, precise, doesn't need any direction and simply knows exactly what to do. Dr. Li opened her medspa next door to her gynecology practice. She has been my gynecologist since I was a teen. I didn't realize how much sun damaged my skin. I hid my skin condition with Snapchat filters for years. Yesterday, I called to inquire about removing my sunspots/age spots. I decided to make an appointment for today's visit. First, I completed the paperwork. Second, I sat down with Dr. Li for a consultation. Third, I washed my face with cold water then the assistant cleaned my face with alcohol pads. Lastly, the assistant spread the numbing cream over my face and then placed plastic wrap on my face. After 30 minutes, my face was numbed. The assistant brought me into a room where I put on protective eye goggles and then laid down on the exam table. Dr. Li was using the PICO Laser on my face. My first treatment session was about 20 minutes. I applied these skincare products, including Phyto Serum, Lipid Soft Cream, and Essential Moisturizing Sunscreen SPF 50. The assistant instructed me to follow the post-treatment care. I bought a package that saved me money and also the Phyto Serum. I needed to wait for a call from the pharmacy about my prescription medicine. I already scheduled my second treatment session for next month. I treated myself to an early birthday gift.
