Cam the associate there was really friendly and helped navigate exactly what I was looking for. The cost range was there, selection was there, and though it was 106 outside, inside it was great. The only thing this place had going for it was that it stays open late in a city where everything else closes early. I needed a new bong so I decided to stop in 15 mins before closing and the owner was there to sell us an overpriced bong that we only paid because every other smoke shop was closed. everything else was fine until we got home and found out that the kit was missing an essential stem that attaches to the bong, which is a specialized piece that you can't buy separately from this collapsing canister type bong. When he sold it to us he showed us the display that was on the shelf but sold us one in a box that should have been all ready to go. Irritating but things do happen and we're typically understanding people. It wasn't until trying to pick up the missing piece the next morning and being told that he remembers giving it to us; I assure you, he doesn't. He was too busy talking to another customer before even finishing up with us. $80 spent on a useless bong that's now sitting as a paperweight. Shop somewhere else, this guy doesn't care about his customers. read more

This place turned out to be such a disappointment. We spent 20 minutes getting upsold by the owner, but we were going on a road trip the next day so we bought all kinds of stuff from him (over $150.00 worth, after his so-called discount). The main item that he convinced us to get, a smoking set up called "Thicket", turned out to be missing two key pieces we discovered when we got home. One of the pieces that is missing, makes the device literally unusable without it. It was too late to go back there last night, so we were going to go on our way out of town today. I thought it would be smart to call first. When we called, a nice young man named Dean answered, and after patiently listening to what had happened, he was kind enough to call the owner at home because he realized we can't use the device at all without this tiny piece he forgot to give us. 20 minutes later, we were informed that the owner said "when I sold it to them, everything was there. Sorry." This is not only a horrible attitude for a business to take regardless of the veracity of the statement, but the fact that he is just plain wrong and lying compounds the level of misconduct this business is conducting with us locals. He was so busy trying to juggle us and another person who he started helping right as we were ready to pay and leave, that he never bothered to check the box to confirm all pieces were in there. The device we have is still 100% unused and untouched. That makes the likelihood of us secretly breaking this tiny (seemingly unbreakable) piece ourselves impossible. So now we are going on our road trip, and have no device to use as we spent every dollar we had available at this scam shop. I hope this at least saves one person from making the mistake that we made... Do not waste your money at this place, don't waste your time, and don't fall for his scams. read more

Needed a present for someone so stopped by to look at some pipes. I noticed one I wanted for myself, it was $35 but upon further inspection noticed it had a superficial hairline crack in it. One that you couldn't feel, was on the inside but not cracked through. I pointed it out and he frowned and set it aside. So I joked if it was now on sale for $5. He said $15, I said $10 and we agreed upon $12... not bad! Also found a cute piece for my friend. Good selection, and lots of different price ranges. read more

Great place. Went to 7 other smoke shops looking for a new piece, this is definetly the place to go. They have anywhere from lower end glass to very expensive name brand glass, so they have a selection for everyone and the prices a rather fair for all the glass.
