Every other time has been someone else and I felt belittled when getting just an oil change. I went in Friday and told them I needed to get new inspection stickers on my car because we had to replace the windshield. Id called the day before asking them what I needed to do for this and was told I needed 3 things and they should be able to do it. I go in the next day and am told I need to make an appointment for it and that a minor inspection has to happen again. Annoying, but fine. Still felt like I was being talked to like I was stupid but fine. The NEXT DAY my husband goes in and tells them the exact thing I did and the guy basically says "yeah sure there is a guy in front of you but once they are done they can do that". This just enhanced my feelings of being talked down to because I am female and I will not be dealing with Cjs again, my husband will.

All fine until issues began that had never been a problem until my car was in. Been going long before it even became CJ'S never had any issues. Felt to be made like I did not know what I was talking about. I do know enough so I do not get ripped off. I believe given the chance I it would have happened with current store manager Johnny since I had to go back more than once. I also asked for the district managers contact number. I was not outright told no however it was said that they were not sure if I could have it, but I could receive a call from the district manager. It was never this way until new store manager who likes to sit around on his phone versus getting his hands dirty. I would highly recommend taking a man with you if you want to be treated fairly. I had to sit for hours there the last 2 weeks and witnessed another very upset woman and how she was spoken to. Interaction with other employes went well some really seem to care they also made sure when I left, I felt safe driving my car as I told them I did not. I would say after this experience of issues and being belittled like I know nothing I will not be returning with my car or my mother's unless by next year new management is in that location. My bill was over $1200 and I am on a fixed income so it will take quite a while to pay off. I much rather give that to a business that treats women with respect.

I was told it was a "legit shop," but I'm really not sure about that. It is definitely a more "informal" situation. Owner deals only in cash, which seems sketchy. What kind of business, dealing in transactions of hundreds and thousands of dollars, deals only in cash? The owner was not upfront about this, so I did not know in advance or I might have been wary earlier in the interaction. The owner towed my car to his shop, so I did not see the shop until I went to pick up my car after the job. It is in a rather out-of-the-way location. The shop does not give a very professional appearance. Old cars and parts outside. I did not notice there being any kind of formal entrance or customer waiting area. Actually the vibe was kind of creepy, and, frankly, I was glad to get out of there. The owner was also kind of patronizing toward me -- I believe it was because of my gender. With regard to "quality" and "value," I'd say this is the sort of place you might try when you don't have the money to pursue a better option. They got my car back in drivable condition at a price that was do-able for me. That being said, a few weeks later, my check engine light came on. I was advised to take it back to Sincerely Yours to have the installation work re-checked. I tried reaching out to Sincerely Yours, but did not receive a reply. Eventually I decided to take it to my local dealer. Part of the problem turned out to be a mistake that was made by Sincerely Yours -- a particular engine element was not plugged in properly. So, in short, I'd be careful of this place. You may get a cheaper price, but you might also get a creepy vibe and mistakes that cost you more time, trouble, and money.

Prices are fair, mechanics are knowledgeable and honest, customer service is top notch. Next time your car needs repair, keep Sincerely Yours in mind.
