She told me it wouldn't matter since I wasn't purchasing gas. I politely explained that I can still earn credit toward fuel rewards even when buying in-store items, but she dismissed my comment, moved to another register, and began assisting the next customer. When I then asked for a receipt, her tone and attitude became noticeably rude. The interaction left me feeling unwelcome and disrespected. I have always appreciated the Shell rewards program and typically choose this station because of it, but this experience has made me reconsider continuing to do so. ::sigh:: My recommendation: Do better...be better.
